This was my second visit and this time I was attended by a male whom didn't introduce himself, didn't even acknowledge me and looked like he had been forced to do my pedicure while the other lady was on her phone the whole time in the back. There were no other people there and it was just awkward as the guy was pointing aggressively for my feet to go back in the water , he didn't even have the courtesy to speak and really felt uncomfortable as I felt like a chore for him. He looked like he was just going through the motions lightly and to be honest I could have just done that myself. When he cut my toe nails he didn't ask if that was okay or if I was happy with the color as the other ladies have asked so it just felt really impersonal. At the end he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip?! I left with even worse taste in my mouth because he has no sense of awareness. read more

Stopped by for a pedicure and a full set after a long day at work. I paid $55 for a short almond‑shaped, single‑color gel set with no designs, and $30 for the pedicure. The salon looked clean, and parking was easy. My pedicure was decent, though it felt a bit rushed. The older lady who helped me was kind, but she only went over my heels once--and very lightly--so it didn't feel as thorough as I expected. For the full set, the person who started my nails handed me off to a man to finish without saying anything. It wasn't a big issue, but a little courtesy would've been appreciated. Overall, the vibe in the salon didn't feel very attentive, possibly because it was a Saturday around 5:00 pm. Still, for the convenience, I'll come back for my fill and another pedicure. read more

We were getting some pants hemmed across the street and had some time to kill. This place was horrible. Added the 'extended' nails to my daughter's nails, didn't tell us how much they cost, and proceeded to cut her in two of her fingers - they were uneven and not painted very well. I had a regular manicure and asked for a glittery silver French tip and it looks like a child did my nails and tips. Went back to get them fixed the next day and then to have a design on my daughter's nails and the design was on one nail each and still charged full price and my tips were not even, ends of the nails have bubbles and is super thick on some nails. If you want to be tortured for two hours and pay $70 for a polish change on toes and a fill, then this is your place!! This lady was SO rough when filing, and cut me so many times, not to mention my nail almost came off!! I'm pregnant and my stress level was at an all time high because I was in so much pain!! I should have walked out but of course I'm too nice and let it go. I'll never come back here again. An apology and charging me full price was NOT okay. She told me to wash my hands so you can't see the blood but when she was done there was tons of dried up blood all around my nail, AFTER her cleaning it with peroxide a few times. Came here from a Groupon for a manicure and was very pleasantly surprised by both the service, quality experience and customer service provided by Jay. Sometimes when using a coupon or Groupon the service provided can seem rushed, but that was not the case. Jay has extreme attention to detail and is very precise. The nail shop is super clean and everyone here is very friendly. I was able to call and get an appointment right away for immediate service. Their prices are also very reasonable. My wife and mother-in-law went there to get there nails done. They said the ladies were very nice; that wasn't the problem, but it was their lack of attention-to-detail. The paint job was sloppy and her cuticles were never properly cut/cleaned. Moral of the story is to double and triple check nail salons and their reviews. I'm super simple. I only get pedicures, all white lol, but you'd be surprised at how many nail salons could screw up such a simple request! I was looking and praying for a nail shop open later than 7, went on yelp and found this gem not far from my home. I called to check, because sometimes the hours don't align, but they were open. The woman who did my pedicure was very thorough. She scrubbed my feet, did a great massage. Hot stones and a towel. It was amaze balls. She definitely paid attention to detail. I didn't feel like she was rushing, even tho it's currently almost 8 pm, she has another lady waiting, and they're about to close. Needless to say, I'd definitely return again! ATTENTION OWNER LEE; PLEASE READ ALL OF ME. Let me paint you a picture; Outside is two pedicure chairs and two manicure chairs. Two woman employees and one gentleman who seems to be the "boss" of everyone. My friend & I called ahead of time they said 11:30 for one manicure & two pedicures. We show up at 11:30 one pedicure & manicure station was full so they sit me in the empty pedicure station and my friend in the empty manicure station. The woman getting her manicure done was finishing up and left. The woman from the pedicure station went over to the woman in the manicure station. I am now getting my pedicure started and my friend is still unattended. 20 mins in the manicure woman came over to my friend and said mani/pedi right? And my friend confirmed by saying yes, she than walked away and processed the woman's nails still leaving my friend unattended not moving her to the pedicure station. As she's still patiently waiting hoping someone's coming from the back possible off their lunch? Idk she's hopeful and doesn't want to leave. Extra 10 mins goes by and a woman and her daughter walk up, sign in and her daughter gets seated immediately in the pedicure chair. My friend is now annoyed and says nicely that she has to go. The owner nods his head doesn't say anything and she leaves calmly. Now these woman are slaving away in the heat while this gentleman who seems to be the owner is yelling at this point. He is indeed speaking another language and although I can't understand it definitely seems to me like he's getting upset and isn't being very nice to these woman because than she immediately starts rushing me... I am starting to get upset because she doesn't ask me what services I'm getting such as calluses removed so I had to ask which is fine but She than removes it gets up & doesn't paint my toes... the woman who's working on the manicure stops what she's doing and walks over to me and starts painting VERY VERY fast leaving her appointment now unattended. My original lady moves over to the daughter and starts her services (she's only been there 12mins). As all of this is happening this gentleman who is in fact the owner named LEE is yelling at these woman. A man shows up 10 mins later and starts working on the unfinished manicure. At this point it's evident that they took on to much to handle, or better yet these two woman were forced to by the owner. He didn't care about the employees or the services that were happening because he was throwing out EXTRA stress to these woman. All he cared about was money that's why he kept telling everyone who'd walk up yes KNOWING there are only 4 stations and two workers now 3 at this point. Keep in mind it's how hot? 80 degrees idk it's hot. As I walk in to pay this man is sitting in the AC watching tv... hahaha the nerve. I ended up paying $30, walked away and said "you know what I REALLY didn't like my service" so I went in a kindly told him that I felt it was unfair that he was rushing them just to get someone els in my seat. He said no refund but next time it's free AND HE WILL DO IT CAUSE HES THE OWNER.. ARE YOU KIDDING? This whole time this man knew how to do nails and didn't bother to step in....Now I walk away and 10 mins later the owner calls me mad because my friend who came with me left a bad review because she wasn't happy with her service. At this point I can't believe they even called me let alone ask me to tell her take it down... I wasn't going to leave this review but after they called me I felt that was extremely unprofessional. After reading all the other reviews and his responses I will not be returning for my free pedicure. Lee, you have awesome massage chairs and even better employees but you my friend need to check yourself. Show gratitude and appreciation that you still have a business and employees who show up ready to work in this heat. Although this is a stressful time you have customers who show up.. be thankful and mean it. Say thank you for choosing us. Say sorry when necessary but MEAN IT. You can come back from this but you must learn where your going wrong first and I hope you find that by reading every review and taking a step back. Good luck. read more

I just moved in October so need to find a closer nail place and after a couple of meh experiences I was happy I found this nail salon. There is only 1 person does acrylic but he is GOOD. Quick but detailed. He got me hooked on ombré acrylic now. I like the fact that they don't nickel-and-dime you for some minor things (glitter gel on top, 1 broken nail tip, etc). 1 set lasts me a good 3-4 weeks before the nails grew out. I got my nails done there two weeks ago. These by far are the worst set I've ever had. I had one lady start and a younger man came in and took over after she took off my last set. They are thick, lumpy and rushed. He seemed to be beginning his nail career but needs lots more practice and training. He also knew he was messing up and didn't have anyone take over to fix. I made it clear these were not the set I asked for or what I came in with to be filled. They never wanted to make it right. I spent lots of money that day as there were two of us. Never going back. Don't waste your money. This nail salon is a complete and total rip off. Not only are the technicians incompetent but the atmosphere is completely awful. There was a man there, perhaps father or husband to the technician, who did nothing but scream and yell the whole time I was there. He was rude, disrespectful, loud and a bully. The woman who was doing my waxing was so upset by him that she left wax all over me. The other technician who did my pedicure, filed my nails so hard that it hurt and broke skin. I showed a picture of the nail design that I wanted, and boom, perfection! I definitely found my new nail lady!! She was did an amazing job!! I also got a pedicure that came with hot stone massage! And prices are very reasonable Update: so I've been at this nail salon a couple of times. And every time I was there, I've had a really bad experience. Not only does the man, I think the owner, yell on top of his lungs and made everyone feel uncomfortable. The salon is always impeccably clean. The service is amazing, quick, yet thorough. There are hundreds upon hundreds of colors to choose from as well as different options for nails. Moderate prices and they make sure you feel your nails are perfect and you are 100% satisfied before you leave their salon. The salon is run by a lovely couple and a few employees. This has got to be the absolute worst nail salon and let me tell you why... I had gotten my nails done a couple weeks ago and this new lady named suzan did them, she globbed on all of my nails with polish, bubbles everywhere and she even cut me to the point where I was bleeding and when I told her she did... her response was "I know what I'm doing" So I had yelped this place to where Tanya and her started harassing me. Calling me night and day telling me to delete my review because it looses them business which I think is wrong cause everyone has a right to there own opinion... I finally had taken it down cause Tanya offered a free pedicure to me if I did it, even tho it's against everything I believe in because I'm big on principals.. but instead of getting the free pedi I decide to yelp again because it's not fair, plus when I tried to get one she gave me a hard time about it...
