This whole experience was not only bad for me but for their nail tech who in no way is at fault and this is not a review on her but the rest of the senior staff at this location. I came in for BASIC gel manicure. I got a girl who I could tell from the get go she was newer. She spoke very little English but had another girl translating for her. As a beauty school student and spa owner myself I know how crucial practice so I didn't mind. I let the girl that was translating how I wanted them shaped since I could tell she was a bit nervous and didn't want to file much she let her know and she did great shaping. She then put down the base coat I noticed bubbles on it so I told the girl to translate that to her and her response was "that doesn't matter it's just a base coat." I don't know in what world gel goes smooth over a bubbly base but I said whatever she put on the first and low and behold the bubbles were showing. I let her know and some other lady clearly mad tried scrapping the bubble with her nail so she could continue at that point I had already been there for an hour and I didn't see any of it getting better so I just requested for it to be taken off she told me they would charge for the full service since there was already two coats I said no this is the first coat she said well then it's $15 for the manicure, since one hand was wet still it was just a matter of wiping it the girl took care of the wiping and the mad lady started filing the gel off my nails I let her do it up until she got I guess annoyed and pulled out the nail drill I pulled off my hand and said no thank you. Because THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TAKE GEL OFF OF NATURAL NAILS! I went to pay the $15 because I just wanted to get out and pulled out my card and she proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $5 because I was paying with card. complete joke! Worst part all of this happened while the owner was there on her phone. Complete disregard and 0 pride in their work. read more

i went to this shop for a fill and a pedicure. the nail tech wasnt able to do the french tip design that i wanted so i just had her color the whole nail one color. i didn't leave with the style that i wanted but nonetheless the nails turned out fine. i chose pedicure "2" or the "European". After the lady cleaned my toes she kept wiping all the dead skin on my legs which i didn't appreciate. i've never had anyone do that before. she also left paint on the outside of my toe. overall the place was pretty clean. read more

I reviewed this place before and it use to be great ! I get everything done here nails toes waxing and eyelashes. I referred my friends here and many came and now get everything including lashes done too! TodAy I called and asked if could do nails and toes together at same time . Extremely clean and cute place. Needless to say, this is my new spot! Hanna, Kathy , And May worked on us. They did such an amazing job. I actually really liked this place until they kind of forced "gel nails" onto me and my daughter. They do the gel polish over acrylics which aren't real gel nails. After going there a couple times i got so annoyed! she does a great job but...she would always be eating and trying to do my nails, talking on her phone, or shed make me wait 30min when i had made an appointment. I am so sad! They ruined my nails..... I came here to get my acrylic nails removed. The guy used this drill thing to remove the acrylic nails, but he went to far and removed some of my actual nail. Now my natural nails are very thin and red. They are very tender and hurt when I touch anything The sign on the wall said it was $5 for removal, but when I went to pay, he said $7. I tried paying with my card (they had a visa sign on the door), but he said they didn't accept it! That was all I had, so he told me he'll accept it, but the price is now $8. What the heck! I must update my review from a few months ago... I was so happy to find this place as this is my go to spot for Mani and pedi and my daughter's waxing... But since I started coming here since they opened a couple years ago, I've been less and less satisfied... CLEANLINESS is top priority in places like this! When they first opened everything was pristine! But looking around now, I was greeted with a black dusty cubby in clear view right as I walked in. They're supposed to open sterilized tools IN FRONT OF YOU, so that you are assured they're using clean tools. But the last time I was here, my tech used a nail cutter on my toes and then another tech came over, rummaged thru her drawer and grabbed the one she just used on me on HER client!! Eiw!!! I told the owner about it immediately, but she just defended her saying, "it's clean, it's clean", I don't think she understood me. Today, my second spot was full, so I decided to give it another try... And I brought my OWN cuticle cutters. The tech came over w some tools she found in a drawer (I watched very carefully) she slipped them under a towel and i asked a few times, if they were sterile? Again, I don't think she understood. So I asked if they were "clean"? And she showed me a sterilizing bag from her drawer. Instead of arguing, I asked her to use my cutters.. then she got the drift and offered to use "new one... No one use these". Perfect. Redemption. Very impressed that she went the extra mile! However, it's not cool that I had to go thru all the subterfuge just to make sure she was using clean instruments. All in all, I still enjoy coming here, but their cleanliness has really gone down hill... I went in last Thursday and got a full acrylic set. The woman spent at least 10 minutes on each nail and they were still so thin I could see through the black powder. It's only been one week and two of my nails have broken off with no effort. One of them I sat down and put my hand under my leg and my middle finger snapped right off, then this morning I picked up a pan and my thumb broke off. Every set of nails i've ever gotten have lasted at least a month. Not to mention she tried to FILE hair dye out of the inside if my arm leaving me with scratches that felt like a rug burn mixed with cat claws. I had told her several times it would not come out and asked her to leave it alone. I had tried to pull my arm away but she held it down and continued to file anyways. read more

I got the pedicure with paraffin wax and they also included a hot stone leg/foot massage. It was great and they are very detail oriented with a huge selection of nail polishes/gel.
