With the expert help of Janelle, we chose 2 meats (prosciutto and salami) and 5 cheeses (ale cheddar, cheese curds, a wonderful white cheddar, Brie, and a mozzarella). Included on the board was fresh fruit, such as strawberries, grapes,and dried apricots. There was an assortment of crackers and 2 types of crostinis. The fig jam was amazing! I enjoyed the Kalamata olives and pickled cauliflower. The board was stunning when delivered to our table. We also ordered the Pearfect panini. It has turkey, pear slices, goat cheese and spinach. It is so good. We ordered the French onion soup. This is quite different than what we are aided to, but tasted wonderful. The only issue is it was not hot enough. I have lived in Kings Beach for 15 years. I remember when this store used to be the old auto parts store. I will no longer be shopping at Central market because of this employee. Management should get rid of her as it seems she has caused problems before and is not a good fit for their team. There are many reviews about her bad attitude and attacking customers.
