Meat prices were good pretty competitive to other places. We bought two burritos, Al pastor and asada. Neither of the burritos were good -- too much rice and beans and the flavor was off. These folks are a real class act and I feel like I'm in the mission in San Francisco or in San Jo when I come by here. We were looking for a Mexican mart near our place in Soda Springs and found this ABSOLUTE GEM. We got 3 pounds of the Ranchero (skirt steak) prepared and 3 pounds of Fajitas de Pollo. We also could not resist the 2 pounds of Spanish rice they had ready on hand. I threw it in the microwave and it was identical to how my nana makes it. Everything was amazing and I was astonished with how accommodating the assistant manager was. First time to go here, next to truckee Inn just walking distance to it and its very cute and like what others say, variety of goods and food! They even have the Inca Cola (the popular drink in machu picchu) Would love to try the chamoys. The people are nice and friendly. read more
