A recent example: we have a beautiful George Nakashima table and have always admired the leg support construction. We asked Rachel to build an art gallery-style bench with the same type of support. Deans was unable to tell the difference between a repair and buildup. I've also contacted Travis Industries the maker of the stove. To let them know about the experience I had with Dean's stove and spa. No customer should have to go through predatory selling tactics that deans uses. People are Travis Industries picked up the phone and at least took the time to listen. They asked for an e-mail and pictures and all of those have been sent off. Time will tell to see if anything happens. Lopi I did get back to me. So that's good. I've been not been waiting for over a week for my refund. They sold us a floor…read moremodel gas heater for our LP gas application, were literally incapable of installing it after several attempts where they did not have the correct parts or stovepipe, and when we got another tech to install it we discovered that they had not swapped the natural gas jetting for LP gas. I'm amazed we didn't burn our house down. Go ANYWHERE except Dean's!
