Super cute spot with lots of unique cider options and great cornbread/desserts! We tried the Funkhouse, Sparkling Cab Franc, Fruit of the Bloom, and Persici (in order from dry to sweet). My favorites were the Fruit of the Bloom which is infused with ginger as well as the Funkhouse. I liked how crisp the funkhouse was and I loved the ginger note in fruit of the bloom. The others were okyay too, persici was very sweet but paired nicely with the ginger hazelnut baklava which was incredible! I am allergic to pistachios, so I loved that I could eat their baklava! We also tried the cornbread with strawberry and jalapeno butter- absolutely incredible. I am from the south and have had a lot of cornbread but this truly stands out. It came out warm with a slight crunch from the crust while maintaining the perfect crumb inside. Just crumbly enough and not too try! I also really enjoyed the jalapeno and strawberry butters- you can tell they use high quality butter, they almost reminded me of goat cheese. I preferred the jalapeno butter a tad more but both were great! The exterior is beautiful- the views are very nice. I would highly recommend coming on a warm day and sitting outside. We initially sat on the balcony but moved due to the bees. The tables underneath the white tent were shaded and bee-free. Service was pretty quick- our ciders came out almost immediately. We had to wait ~10-15 minutes for the cornbread though, but I didn't mind especially given it was warm! Overall, I would highly recommend! read more

Went on a day trip to Seneca Falls and was looking for places that looked interesting to stop on the way, and this fit the bill. A farm-to-table eatery and cider house with a ton of ciders to choose from, or you can order a cocktail. Great seating options inside and out. We were so sad we had already eaten, because they have a huge smoker on site and do pulled pork sammies on a daily basis as well as on the weekend all kinds of bbq, including ribs, house made chorizo and sides. My friend and I both tried the flight, and we both ordered different ciders so we could try each other's. We especially liked the strawberry infused one best (fragaria) with the cidre blanc coming in second. We also learned that there is live music on Fridays with the bbq, and there is a huge tent with tons of seating for large crowds. Service was wonderful, although we did come on a nonbusy weekday. Oh we had such a wonderful time here! If you like a dry champagne style cider this place is for you. Plenty of sweet offerings too, but the dry varieties really shine. Rustic, somewhat isolated house solidly built. It's excellent for souvenirs (jams, butter, spirits, and of course, cider). Prices aren't the best, but considering everything is made in-house, I'd say you're getting decent value. Houses about 25 people for seating comfortably. I'd suggest trying a flight (4 samples) of cider. Can't go wrong with anything but we went with the sweet cider flight. We ordered the pulled pork, choripan, soup, turkey pesto melt, and farmers salad, along with an immunity (ginger) cocktail. We liked the soup, melt and pulled pork, but would pass on the choripan and farmers salad, esp since all meals came with the same salad anyway. We had a very pleasant visit eating and drinking outside under the tent even though it was 90 degrees outside. A constant breeze off the lake kept it comfortable in the shade. We did two different flights. The House flight the Nerd flight. Standouts were Fruit of the Bloom and Funkhouse. We got the Meat and Cheese Charcuterie board, adding on a bowl of olives. The two best things on the board were the beet hummus and the onion bacon jam. This was a perfect amount of food for two people for a light lunch. You order the drinks and food and you pick up the drinks at the end of the counter. You're given a buzzer for the food to pick it up when it's ready. I genuinely didn't expect to love Finger Lakes Cider House this much. This was technically my first (or maybe second?) cider house experience, and it fully converted me. I went as my girlfriend's plus one for her club's senior event, and it turned out to be one of the most wholesome and vibe-filled outings I've had in a while. I started off with their daily soup in a bowl - which sounds basic, but absolutely wasn't. It was a ginger sesame squash soup that somehow tasted both fancy and comfortingly familiar, like a dish from an Asian café that actually knows what it's doing. The ambiance was impeccable. Cozy indoor seating, beautiful outdoor space, even on a rainy day. We also shared the sweet flight and although I don't clearly remember the others, the Honeyoye was the clear winner. It's exactly what you want cider to taste like - refreshing, smooth, and zero weird aftertaste. I've also heard from friends (aka Max) the food's consistently good and the portions are generous. Stopped in here while perusing the various brewery/winery options in the area due to the sign on road that said they offered farm to table bites. Even if you're not a huge cider fan, this place is definitely worth trying. The property is very nice and the interior is spacious. You can tell the staff are all very passionate/knowledgeable when it comes to cider. You seat yourself and order at the bar. We each had a cider flight, along with lunch. We don't enjoy cider often, but these were all very good. They don't seem to have a full kitchen, but they did have a decent food menu. We shared the toasted cornbread, each had a hearty grilled cheese on sourdough, and a small side of soup. The grilled cheese sandwiches both came with greens. We stayed nearby and after several trips past their driveway we quickly decided to divert plans for a tasting. It was a hot day so we enjoyed their interior AC and avoided wandering the grounds even though they looked beautiful. It's a gravel parking lot and you enter into a rustic barn structure. I believe you had lake views in the distance but this place sits atop an adjacent hillside. We sampled their fresh salads, grilled cheese sandwich, fresh breads and various ciders. The staff were really great and we had a wonderful time here. We brought back several bottles and each time we open one we remember our visit fondly. As I was sitting there, a guy peering at me like he knew me walked by and then tapped me on the shoulder and said bro what's up. How you been? I said do we know each other? He thought I was a band member that played the drums for a 90's band back in the day called "Plastic Metal" that performed in the Finger Lakes. Loved the rustic vibes, the locally made cheese and produce and of course the cider. This was an A+ experience, and I'm so happy I stopped in for some lunch and libations. Many of the wineries in the area don't have a lunch menu, so if you are hungry this is definitely the way to go. The charcuterie platter had a variety of meats and cheeses and some other fun accompaniments like olives and spreads. The homemade strawberry jam was probably some of the best I've ever had. Of course you can find tons of cider, and I like that they have a few preset flight combinations to help guide you. I also like that when you are done feasting they have the cutest little shop where you can purchase a bunch of things to take home. In addition to their cider they also sell some really fun local food products. The farmhouse has a large patio area where you can enjoy your food and drinks with some fabulous views of the rolling hills and the water. We really enjoyed coming here. The cider flight was nice and we selected the four most popular. Our favorites were the funkhouse and the honeoye. We even had 6 bottles shipped home for free. We ordered the pickled flight and the bread with sauces. It was good but not our favorites, just based on what we enjoy. The quality was spot on, and the little mason jars make it easy for you to take home what you don't finish. Just ask them for a to-go box. I also bought a T-shirt but was shocked to realize they are no where near true to size. Seriously, the medium would fit a small child. Unroll and check before you buy! I spent an afternoon at Finger Lakes Cider House and had wonderful time. As I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady who made me feel welcomed and explained all the food and drink options for me. I sat outside and enjoyed the views of the cidery and nearby lake while enjoying a house flight of cider, warmed almonds, and olives. I don't typically like sweet drinks but this flight was exactly to my liking. The sweet ciders were not too sweet but instead had so much flavor.
