Ordered through door dash. Asked for four different sauces. None here. Ask for three proteins. Got two. Fish wasn't even cold the door dasher was so fast picking it up so it wasn't her fault. This is a restaurant issue. Called the restaurant owner was "too busy" to come to the phone so she needed to call me back. Had one of her workers call me back. Still couldn't come to the phone. Said she checked the cameras and told me that out of $18 bowl through door dash she could only give $8 back. Asked to speak to Sue the owner again and the girl that called me said she still is too busy. Terrible customer service terrible owner. Will never eat here again. I ordered the largest poke bowl and it was the most disappointing poke bowl I've ever received. For a large bowl, it was shockingly small and looked half empty. I paid for the biggest size expecting a generous portion, but what I got felt more like a small bowl. The service made the experience even worse. The employee who helped me was rude, unfriendly, and seemed annoyed that customers were there. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Looking at all the glowing reviews, my experience was so different that I honestly don't understand how this place has such high ratings. Based on what I received and how I was treated, the reviews do not reflect my experience at all. read more

The food is great, but the service is lacking a lot. I don't like my fresh fish touching the warm rice but they act like you killed their first born when you ask for a separate bowl for the rice. First time they gave it to me no issue, second time the girl said no multiple times then asked some guy in the BOH if I that was okay. I paid extra for it second time and from the beginning I said I would pay extra for it so the whole ordeal was crazy. read more

Superb poke! Flavor, freshness and savoriness are complete!!! The quality of the tuna and salmon was excellent! Insanely delicious! One bite and I felt like I was in Hawaii. I was craving something healthy after a day of less healthy choices so this place hit the spot. I was medium hungry so the small bowl with two scoops of fish was perfect. They were generous with their portion and the small bowl was very full. The person serving us was friendly and patient since I was indecisive. Me and my family order here often, probably once a week. I am a vegetarian and I love getting a bowl with tofu and all the other fresh toppings. Definitely the best poke in simi valley! If you haven't tried poke I recommend giving this place a shot, you will not be disappointed!! They're short-staffed, there's only one person working on all online orders and walkin orders. I had the most salty poke in my life, my throat hurt for hours after I ate this. The canned pineapple tasted weird and cheap. And it is way too expensive for poke of this size and quality. read more

Poke Oahu has the best Poke in Simi! I can get it quick and conveniently to go or as a sit down meal. Either way it's always a self-care treat for me. The food is delicious and fresh. I can get as many toppings as I want included with the price of my bowl or plate. Which by the way have stayed very reasonable prices. The service is always great. It's a treat whenever the gentlemen who I assume is the owner helps me out. He's a hard worker and has always given me the best customer service. The atmosphere is minimalistic. Just the type of calming design that I want to see after a stressful day of work. And this restaurant always looks clean and well taken care of. The only place I've had better poke, is on Kauai. This is SUCH a great find in Simi and I'd argue the greater LA area. Fish is always super fresh, portions are more than generous, a great variety of toppings and sauces, and the price is certainly reasonable for what you get. We live close by, but we'd make a special trip if we didn't. It's that good. read more

Nice little place for poke around this area. It is clean and fresh. I like the portions, although my favorite poke place in Ventura (Pokeland) offers better portions and more selection for about the same price. The server was friendly and she explained the details of ordering there. I also liked the relaxed ambiance and the delicious Hawaiian juices. Definitely the best poke spot in Simi valley, maybe even Ventura County. All ingredients are top tier and fresh. Service is great: you get your food really quickly, like most poke places, and their portion sizes are always good. Ambiance is pretty good too. They are always playing chill songs, all the tables are clean and cool, and the decor is great. If you like poke, highly recommend eating here. Many people don't come here because it used to be another poke restaurant called PokeStop. They were absolutely horrible and I am happy they closed down. If you need any order recommendations then I have a great one. Get a 3 scoop bowl. All 3 scoops salmon. Volcano marinade. Would like to start the review by saying that i have been going to PokeStop for years and enjoying the poke there. I was skeptical at first to try out Poke Oahu seeing that they bought out the location, but the experience was nothing short of impressive. You are greeted in a friendly manner in what is a clean and beautiful restaurant. The aesthetics are very simple but visually appealing. The poke itself is a great deal as you can get 3 scoops of protein as well as a scoop of imitation crab and complementary miso soup for $15. Even with such a good deal I was immediately impressed by the quality of the fresh fish and unique sauces that Poke Oahu offers. This was nothing short of a five star experience. If you enjoyed poke stop or are looking to support a fresh, new, and local poke restaurant, I really do recommend Poke Oahu. The poke here is great, tastes very fresh and have loads of toppings. This place is also cheaper than most places in La. I got three proteins which were tuna, salmon and spicy crab (will be getting albacore next time) and they were very good and fresh. The lady who made my bowl was fantastic very nice and very helpful. And they do have free miso soup but you have to ask for it. This restaurant itself is cute and very minimalistic. I would rate this place a 5/5 read more

Fresh and yummy! I got the small bowl with 1 scoop of spicy tuna and 1 of salmon on sushi rice/mixed greens for $12.99. I added other toppings to make a yummy custom poke bowl. Last Friday I walked in with my family and we had to wait because there was no one working the door. We finally got seated after someone came from the back. We ordered right away cause we could see it was busy. My beer never showed up. I had to eventually go to the bar where my beer was sitting for about 10 mins. I ordered another beer for my wife, paid for both -- but then when I returned to the table, they brought All the food-- soups, appetizers, sushi, main course all at once. Waitress never apologized, she just kind of ignored us like, yeah we messed up but I'll continue to ignore you the rest of the evening until you flag me down to bring the check. Which is exactly what she did. I still paid and gave them 20% tip.

The pricing is a little steep for Mexican food but also the ambiance and presentation make sense to me why it'd be a little more. For the three of us the bill was over $100. And that's for three mains and three non-alcoholic drinks. Normally at $33-ish a person I'd hope for at least a beer with my enchiladas, so keep that in mind. As a special occasion place or a spot to celebrate this spot is truly fantastic. I honestly loved my meal so much that even with the price point I'd rush back and bring more friends because this spot is vibey. My best Poke place, POKE OAHU First of all, the quality and quantity of the poke have improved. The protein and vegetables are various and SUPER FRESH! I felt the professionalism of focusing only on the poke. Customer service was excellent. Attentive, fast, and polite!! They even offer miso soup for free. Lastly, the restaurant was clean.
