We stood and waited to be seated for about 5 minutes even though there were two servers and only a couple of customers eating. The two of them were far more interested in chatting than anything else. My husband had the blueberry pancake breakfast, three huge pancakes with blueberry compote and whipped cream as well as bacon and an egg. He said pancakes were good and so big he could only eat half. I had a two egg breakfast that came with pancakes or hash browns, choice of bacon or sausage and toast. I opted for hash browns which were really good; that said, the toast was hardly even brown and it was supposed to be sourdough but if it was, pretty sad excuse for it. The bacon, four slices, was not cooked thoroughly and while it should have been crisp it was pretty limp. All in all the breakfast was ok and the restaurant was clean but I've had better food and its hard to ruin breakfast

Majestic mountains, a rushing river, beautiful grounds, and plenty of deck space to soak up the sun. Our room was cozy and immaculate, and the guest area had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The people of Entiat love where they live, and they won't hesitate to tell you how fabulous it is to be among the mountains and get 360 days of sun per year. It's enough to make you want to pack up and move to the valley. Be prepared for the wanderlust.
