A hidden gem. (Since it is not visiblefrom Route 16). Excellent ice cream, big portions, and reasonable prices.

We love the ice cream and the fact that they are tucked away back in the woods away from all the traffic.

They take part in the yearly maple event in the early spring where maple is demonstrated how it is acquired and collected. The shop is small and in the back you can find the collection tubes and lines where maple is collected during season. They have parking and offer a portapotty outside by the parking lot. They sell touristic items and local items. They had maple in stock, I was able to get dark maple! My favorite for coffees and teas. For a treat, I ordered the Dessert for breakfast which is served at the 12pm. This shop also opens earlier to offer cafe items like pastries, sandwiches and coffees. My treat had toppings of honey crunch cereal, maple drizzle, maple ice cream and the cone was a waffle puff. It was pretty and SWEET! Very large and my partner and I shared it! He ordered a small maple cone, and it was also very tall and enough for the two of us! I do aim to try to attend the maple season collection tour in the early spring! Will stop by again for the cafe items next trip!

The ice cream shop is located outside and inside is a small gift shop with some offerings such as NH maple syrups, candies, and gifts. They also offer some drinks and sandwiches and pastries. I decided to get a small ice-cream with waffle cone and my partner got the breakfast for desert. I was surprised how big the small maple soft serve was. Maple soft serve was sweet and creamy with full of maple flavor. The breakfast for desert is a pufflecone (bubble waffle shaped into cone) with maple soft serve, cinnamon toast crunch and drizzle of maple syrup. Cinnamon toast crunch adds a crunchy texture on too of sweet and creamy soft serve. The pufflecone paired well with the soft serve. The deserts were delightful and we were stuffed and maybe slightly guilty for having so much desert. I probably have been ok with sharing one small maple soft serve with two people. Service was quick, good and staff were nice. Overall I enjoyed the visit and would return if I'm around the area. We were too stuffed to try their sandwich but I may try it next time I visit. There were some interesting maple themed sandwiches

The speed limit on White…read moreMountain Highway (Route 16) is high enough that it's easy to cruise right past without realizing it. On our last visit, that's exactly what happened, but turning around was simple, and it turned out to be well worth the minor detour. The market has that classic New England country-store feel, but it's more than just an old-fashioned stop. They really put an emphasis on homemade goods and supporting local vendors, which makes browsing the shelves a bit of an adventure. Fresh vegetables, baked goods, and locally made products line the inside, giving it the vibe of a small community hub rather than a generic roadside stop. For a quick bite, the sandwiches are perfectly sufficient--nothing fancy, but they do the job when you're on the road and just need something fast. Ice cream is another draw, especially in the warmer months, and it makes for a nice excuse to linger outside for a few minutes. Parking is plentiful, with a dedicated lot that makes pulling in and out stress-free (something you really appreciate after a few hours of driving). Outdoor seating is available too, so you don't have to rush right back into the car--you can actually enjoy a few quiet minutes off the road. One drawback worth noting: they don't have public bathrooms. Not a dealbreaker, but something to plan around if you're making it a stop during a longer drive. Overall, Town Farm Country Market is a solid choice if you're passing through the area. It's easy to miss if you're not paying attention, but once you find it, it's a welcoming little spot that checks all the boxes: local goods, fresh produce, ice cream, and a chance to stretch your legs.

Something that is actually local and GOOD with decent flavour - I mean the whole thing, through and through!! Worth a stop just to check it out!!
