FireStone is by far the best restaurant in Cabot great food, great environment, friendly people, and great management team. Great appetizers the fried mushrooms are Family's favorite. If you don't have one already you will have to fill out a short form and get a free membership card. Expect a wait on Sundays. Guacamole a little spicy. My husband and I have eaten here twice now! I agree with others the service is lacking! We have had the Fried Mushrooms both times and they were really good!! That's about the extent of it! Both times the entrees were not impressive. BLAH really! This last time I actually just ordered the little Angus Sliders. My best description would be to flash back to your lunch room burgers in grade school. If you want a preformed, frozen little patty with no flavor then this is your dish! Now, the I am NO Food Network Judge but how hard can it be to make a fresh little slider patty. Clearly I can do that home and next time I will. When our waitress (Hayley I think) asked how everything was, I told her the mushrooms were great BUT the sliders seemed frozen and had NO FLAVOR! Her response was and I quote "WELL THEY ARE SLIDERS" You can get quite the impression off of one bite and sometimes that's all you need to understand the quality of food and preparation taken into fixing your meal and then to have your waitress ( the front of the house, the face you see first) dismiss your complaint. Great service and another great meal. Lauren is friendly and attentive, and takes care not to ask questions when your mouth is full. We had pizza the first time, two different types. Nice medium crust, done but not dry, toppings out to edge of crust. Tonight we had a burger and shared some chips and queso. Burger was juicy and cheesy, and the fries are skin on natural cut. Promptly seated, waited on, and served. The place wasn't very full tonight, but last time it was packed and the service was just as good. If we were rich we'd eat out here regularly. read more

The service here is very inconsistent. The food is downright awful. I came once and got steak medallions and the steak was either boiled or old, I couldn't even eat it. We got our entrees before our salads and our drink were empty the entire time. When you walk in there should be a host to greet you and we stood there for several minutes without being seated while servers walked by without even acknowledging is. Best Fish and Chips in Little Rock! This menu is not huge but this place is all about quality. My friend got the Stromboli and I got the fish and chips. (I love fish and chips and a good pale ale draft.) Beer was good and both of us thought the meal was delicious. Our waitress was awesome and even gave her a hug when I left. I will return here soon to try out the pizza. By the way....you may want to plan coming here around 5:00. We got here about 5:30 and had no wait. No kidding, within 20 minutes there were people waiting outside to get on the wait list. We got there just in time. If we did have to wait, it would have been worth it. read more

We called in a take out order of two fish and chips, and an order of fried mushrooms. The fried mushrooms were okay. Mostly, the batter could have been better. The fish was very good. It was also very greasy, but tasted real good. The fish was not over cooked, had a great texture and was nice and flakey. read more

Let me start by saying, we almost never have to wait, so we have gotten pretty lucky. I think we have been here 6 times, but only because it's somewhere you can have a drink with your meal. Our service is usually not so good... On a happier note, the food is usually spot on. Artichoke dip is great, fried pickles are perfectly golden, chicken fried steak is well seasoned. Love their steak fries! (wide flat French fries) Steamed vegetables are still crisp, etc. All the pizzas we have tried have been up to par. Their pizzas are perfect for 2 people. The crust is thin and crisp, which we like because you can eat a lot more! The pizzas we have tried include: The BBQ Chicken Pepperoni Supreme the salads are good, too. It's very kid friendly but also a bit loud. There is live music around dinner time, quite possibly every night... Bottom line: We return time after time, because of the FOOD. This place is great! The pizza crust is probably the most fantastic thing about it, it reminds me of oyster crackers, but soft. The food is great, everything tastes fresh. As promised, returned to try more of the menu. Tried the "pick three" appetizer with Fire chips (fried jalapeños), mushrooms and kick'en shrimp. All were pretty good - mushrooms probably the best. Not sure I'd order any of those again, not because they were bad but because I'd want to try something else. For the main dish I ordered pork chops with asparagus and side salad. The pork was ok - kind of tough and bland; it needed a sauce or seasoning of some kind. The asparagus was a joke - tasted like it was straight out of a can. Yuck. The salad was nice and cold with crisp lettuce and creamy house-made ranch. The wife liked the pesto chicken pizza too much last time not to order again - so she did. And she liked it again. Another family member got the Roasted Chicken pizza and liked it. The kids got fettuccini and chicken tenders/fries - all ok but fries not crispy/ a bit soggy. Service was friendly but not real speedy -atmosphere nice. Had to downgrade from 4 to 3 star - deserves a 3 1/2. I'll come back but will try something besides the pork chops. read more

Overheard staff telling customers they wanted to go home and get undressed and they weren't required to stay more than 15 minutes past 10pm. This after after several customers spent $$$ just to come watch the BIG game, leaving upset. Over a dozen customers complaining in the parking lot at 10:15. NEVER go to this place for a Monday night football game. I have been here many times before, but tonight I have decided to never go back for a game. The biggest game of the year was on (Chiefs vs. Rams) and they were separated by 3 points with 10 minutes left in the game, and they closed the restraint and told everyone they had to leave. I came because I usually enjoy the atmosphere, and as a Chiefs fan, wanted to share the game with other fans. It sucks to have to miss the rest of a big game when it was so close.
