The Flame Broiler is the type of place that does not need an extensive menu with a wide variety of product choices... they are THAT GOOD! With that being said, this particular location could really use some helpful advice in regards to the ambiance of this particular establishment. I've frequented quite a few Flame Broilers in several different areas & I must say that the LHC location is by far the one that stands out in my mind as desperately in need of a "makeover" in regards to both inside and outside of this establishment! Especially since they're in a row of different places for dining & they're the ones who seem to be struggling in more areas than one... With that being said, they may want to take some advice from some of their fellow competitors/fast food venues in & around the area to ensure their doors remain open for business from this day forward... It would be a shame if the Flame Broiler ended up like one of the other "greats" in LHC that had to close their doors for good! (Taco Hacienda, Rebel BBQ, Mudsharks, etc..)

They charge $195 a night for a place that should only be $50 a night. Our friends showed up to a dirty park model-dirty dishes in the sink, dirty bath towels piled next to the shower & a dirty pair of women's underwear in the dirty sheets that had not been changed out. Ours was the same and upon our arrival, a staff member was cleaning our park model and was in and out within 10 minutes. Barely any of the lights work, everything is broken and old. It's time for some major upgrades!
