The location itself is so aesthetically calming. The white well lit interior just puts you at ease. The women working the front desk were so down to earth and welcoming which really helped calm my nerves. After filling out a brief questionnaire I was taken into a room where one of the assistants took a series of photos of my face making different expressions. My injector, Barret, then came in and reviewed the photos with me and discussed a treatment plan. I brought up the unevenness of my eyelids, and she said she could even things out with a tail lift. I told her I felt like I was starting to look like grumpy cat with the heaviness settling in around my lower jaw - she recommended treating it with small amounts of tox, which worked wonders. She also took the time to understand my history with Botox. I told her that the last time I'd been injected it had felt too heavy on my lids, so she recommended a different formula that still treated wrinkles but didn't sit as heavy as traditional Botox. Overall, I'm so happy with the results, and will definitely be back. If you're considering any sort of injectables, this is the place I would trust.

Unfortunately, the Roccoco Botanicals products didn't agree with my skin, and made my skin worse than when I started. I stayed consistent for 9 months, but had no choice but to stop using the products entirely. When I stopped, my skin started improving gradually. I believe PT has good intentions and the education they provide on products and lifestyle/diet changes can be helpful. However, if your skin doesn't agree with certain products/routine, it won't make a difference whether or not you eat certain foods or use a specific laundry detergent. We drove over 30 minutes to this location just to see the doctor only to be told that the appointment had been canceled (again - not by us) and not trying to accommodate, especially when it was a mistake on their end.
