I needed to get new tires, and Dave (who is the absolute GOAT by the way), did the best tire change I have ever witnessed. So my bike being 30+ years old has had a fair amount of corrosion on the aluminum wheel. Not only did I get a fairly priced deal on the tires themselves, but my wheels got a full spa day as well! Dave did a great job resurfacing and polishing the rim, and got it to have a much cleaner look. He wasn't stingy with the sealant whatsoever so it would remain a good as possible for as long as possible. I've ridden 150 miles and everything feels well balanced. He even gave me all of the official torques so when I remounted my tires back on to my bike everything was perfect! Utah Moto Shop has a really nifty lounge upstairs accompanied by snacks and little sodas, but I hungout on the floor and chatted with Dave who is SUPER knowledgeable about whatever comes his way (shoutout to Dale for being there too, also a really cool dude). He got me in and out of there pretty quickly for having to refurbish both rims on my bike! 10/10, I would highly recommend.

He is a very busy shop, so sometimes it takes some time to get scheduled, but it's worth it to me to plan ahead. So, I have a mixed story, if you have the time to read. The first person who helped me the first…read morefew times I went seemed amazing. He seemed like a really nice person, actually cared about me. He had run some tests just trying to diagnose my overheating issue with my car. I thought he was being really nice because he hadn't charged me anything, because he hadn't found the real cause yet. He even spent all this time trying to drive it around to recreate the issue (it stopped overheating when I brought it in of course). I would give a 5-star rating for that person individually. I don't remember his name, but he told me about how he has flown helicopters. Then there was the other guy who helped when I voluntarily brought it back. He charged me just over $100 for the previous work (even though I wasn't told about that and like I said, I had voluntarily returned so I wouldn't have been charged if I hadn't come back). I wouldn't have necessarily minded paying for the test that they ran, but I'm used to the treatment where they say "we plan to do this and it costs $x, do you want us to do that?". I am not used to the, we'll do something without asking for your approval, make it seem like we're not charging you, then suddenly spring a price on you when you decide to come back. Furthermore, his receipt was basically just a handwritten, vague note that I couldn't use at another shop because it didn't say specifically what test they ran. That seemed very unprofessional. So, I would give a 1-star rating to the person who helped me the second time and he, specifically, is the reason I left and went to Brake Time Bob instead, because I can trust him and he doesn't pull that crap on me. So, I'm not really sure how good of service they provide since I went elsewhere to fix my car (ended up being a blown head gasket). I don't know if it was like the first guy was bending the rules to be nice and the second guy was just following normal policy, but they need to be consistent about the way they treat you and charge you for services. If you go there, I would say, make them promise they won't do anything without telling you the price first.

I've been here several times now, and every single time they've delivered consistent, top-notch service. The crew is outstanding; they greet you with a smile, take the time to listen, and always explain the work in plain terms so you know exactly what's being done. On more than one occasion, they've gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly, whether I was getting ready for a trip or dealing with an unexpected tire issue. The shop has a welcoming, no-nonsense vibe, and it's clear right away that they know what they're doing. While you wait, you don't feel forgotten about--the staff check in, give updates, and keep things moving. What really keeps me coming back is their reliability; I've had work done on both my travel trailer and boat trailer, and each time they've handled it with care and attention to detail, getting it right the first time. Pricing is very fair for the quality of service, and I've always felt that the peace of mind knowing my trailers are safe and ready to go is worth every penny. In short, this is the kind of shop you want in your corner: honest, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
