Mark is the man! Always great service. Mark has worked on (substantially) 3 cars for me. I would not even consider taking my Porsche cars to another garage. He is a very busy shop, so sometimes it takes some time to get scheduled, but it's worth it to me to plan ahead. I have a 2002 Porsche 911 C4 converible. Its my fave and also my daily driver year round. I have owned it for 8 years and in that time I have experienced the dealer service plus one other shop. I have 40 years as my own mechanic so I am pretty well versed and enjoy it most time but there are times when I just want something done by someone who has the proper equipment and proper knowledge. When I needed my clutch replaced , I selected RSR based on reputation and the fact that the reputation is based on the only person that works there... 1 guy does all the work. (period) This was actually quite attractive to me because I knew that I would get the same person that other people had a great experience with. No chance of some fool getting to mess up my Porsche. I got a quote from him and was impressed that he detailed ALL of the parts he would be replacing including the bolts (perfect) and that his part prices were not inflated at all , if anything they were cheaper than I could get them for the same quality parts... His labor hours was pretty standard and even though he was higher than some other shops , I really found it was well worth it... When I picked up my card Mark was eager to walk me through everthyin he did and the condition of my parts when pulled, he also CLEANED things as he went so he gets extra points there... I was also going to have him replace the AOS but when he got into there , it had already been replaced so he didn't replace it and didn't charge me for it. EXTRA POINTS again... Overall, I would recommend RSR Motorsports to anyone needing Porsche 911 repairs .... I was impressed.... I will probably have him do my CV axels even though I could do them myself. read more

If you've got an old VW that no one will touch.. then you've lucked out! You don't want anyone but Mark at RSR working on your VW! I love VW but hate the dealership you have to deal with! Mark is the ONLY person I'll let touch my VW! He knows more than all the techs at the dealership combined! You won't regret taking your car to him! I don't understand how Mark got such good reviews (4/5). I am hoping that I just had some misunderstanding about his integrity. He agreed to work on my BMW for the VALVE SENSOR. When I was told it was fixed, I went to pick up the car. The car would not even start because the steering wheel got locked. He said that he could not fix the proublem, so I had to have a towing company towed the car to BMW shop in SLC. After over $1, 000 later in addition to paying Mark close to $700, the car still had the same problem before I took it to Mark. I took the car back to Mark, and I was told that ITS PROBLEM was the VALVE SENSOR, which was the reason I took it to Mark at the first place! AMAZING, right? Finding out that Mark replaced the VALVE ADJUSTER instead the VALVE SENSOR. I had to pay for the part (valve sensor) to fix the car on top of paying for valve adjuster. My question is that does a customer have to pay a mechanic's mistake? Am I being greedy and unreasonale? I still don't have my car... AFTER 5WEEKS minus BMW shop had it... Do I dare to take any of my cars to Mark in the future or refer him to anyone? One frustrated customer. read more

Mark adjusted my KW coilover suspension on my Audi so that it rode higher for the winter. It only took about an hour and cost $100. I'd definitely recommend him for this type of work. read more
