Billy at Chrysler Jeep Dodge was SO kind, honest and willing to work with our situation and make a deal we couldn't turn down. Going from strictly ONLY looking to driving away in a 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer was a dream come true for us tonight! Thank you to everyone else who were also SO kind to provide toys for our 18 month old to play with to help keep him busy in the process well! THANK YOU!

Wife and I stopped in to look at a new car. The new car was the same model as our old car, only 3 years newer but I assure you I did the research, they were identical. I explained to the salesman that the three vehicles they had did not have the features we were looking for. I said I have an hour, and I wanted to know what they would give us for our trade. If you've bought cars, you know this is the first thing a dealer will try to screw you on. He asks, what do you owe? There is no reason to share this as it has zero to do with the amount they will give you. At a dealership I'm looking for two things. What will you give me for my trade, and what will you sell the new vehicle to me for. I was unable to obtain either from this dealer till the very end. The salesman said we had to test drive a vehicle before his boss would allow us to give a trade in amount. I said ok. Salesman then went around vehicle and pointed out everything I already knew. Remember, this vehicle is identical to our trade, and missing the features we wanted. It was almost like he tried to sell us that vehicle. We hit the road. On the highway we go. I asked how far we need to go, he wants me to continue up the interstate so I could feel how it handled in some curves!! Lol. The same vehicle I have currently, I'm familiar with how it handles, no thanks. We head back to dealership. Sit down at the desk. First question, can I see your license? Why I ask? Where do you live? Why I ask? What does any of this have to do with what I asked. How much for our trade, how much for the one we want. Salesman goes to the secret room, comes back with the vehicle we want but won't tell us where it's at. Wife finds out in 5 min by typing vin in to google. Why not just tell us? I explained to the salesman not in the nicest tone, which I had to apologize for that I am not playing the salesman game. He says it's not a game, it's his way of feeding his family. I'm sure this is partly true, but it is a game overall. Spend 5 min looking up car salesman tactics, you'll see they hit everyone. Dave Ramsey does a great job of summarizing these tactics. Lastly, finance guy comes up and says, what is your payment? I again ask, what does that matter? He says best they'll give me is 26-27. This is below rough trade in. I say it's 4K off from what we are looking for. I'll take my keys. He gets keys and we left. Lastly, I really wanted to buy a car from these guys. I have good credit, cash, and a nice trade. I would have been willing to take a loss, however not if you can't be upfront with me. I went to Larry h Miller in Ogden who offered me 2k more than what young did, gave me the number before we exchanged info, gave me lease options, and came down on price on the car I wanted with incentives. I chose to do business there because they were straightforward. If a dealer won't give you a price for your trade without first knowing what you owe, it's a warning sign. If they won't tell you what they will sell you the new vehicle for, warning sign number 2. If they ask what you want your payment to be, warning sign number 3. If they put you waiting for extended time, it's by design. They want you exhausted because they feel your more likely to agree just to get out the door. When all is said and done, they need to make a profit, and you need get a deal. If both are happy at the end, then the experience worked. If you walk out with buyers remorse, something in the equation was not right. To young, wish you luck. I'm sorry I was a pain, but I was straight with you from the beginning. I made it clear what I wanted, and you did not listen. Here's a pic of the new vehicle we purchased. No buyers remorse. Happy wife. Happy life.

I drive from SLC past several Chrysler dealers to have my 300 serviced at Young. It's the only place I'd ever trust my Chrysler.

Brett was great & he later brought out Adam just to ensure we didn't have any other questions or concerns.

Vann did an excellent job on trading in our over sized 2024 F350 Super Duty…read more We got a smaller Ford pickup because we are downsizing our house and lifestyle. He listened to our needs. Justin is an excellent F & I guy. Great chess player too.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this dealership's service…read moredepartment and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought in my brand-new Ford F-250 with just over 3,000 miles after the check engine light came on. Over the course of the visit, the service team changed their explanation multiple times before finally settling on what they claimed was an abrasion hole in a coolant line. Their explanation was that driving on a muddy road caused the coolant lines to push forward and rub against the underside of the truck, eventually wearing a hole in the line. Based on that claim, they told me the repair would not be covered under warranty and that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. Let me be clear: this is a nearly six-figure truck, marketed by Ford as "Built Ford Tough" and sold as a work truck. The road in question was a well-maintained farm road with road base, not some extreme or abusive environment. The idea that light mud on a farm road could cause internal components to shift enough to damage a coolant line is not only implausible -- if true, it represents a serious engineering flaw in a truck that is explicitly advertised to handle work conditions. When I inspected the underside of the truck, there was zero evidence of damage -- no scrapes, no impact marks, no signs of hitting anything whatsoever. Yet despite this, I was told my only options were to pay for the repair or come pick up the truck. To make matters worse, they told me that if I took the truck without the repair, my warranty would essentially be voided because the vehicle could not be driven in that condition. There was no attempt at open dialogue, no willingness to reasonably discuss the situation, and no advocacy on my behalf as the customer. The situation only changed after I contacted the dealership where I actually purchased the truck. The owner of that dealership personally reached out to this service department and explained that their position was unreasonable. Only after that call did this dealership suddenly agree that the repair should be covered under warranty. Even more frustrating, once they reversed course, the technician called me acting as if he had been "pushing for this all along." That is simply not true. I have text messages clearly stating that I needed to either pay for the repair or pick up the truck. The sudden change in tone felt like an attempt to save face once they realized I might share my experience publicly. Bottom line: this dealership did not put the customer first, was not honest or consistent, and only did the right thing after outside pressure from another dealership. I have zero confidence in their service department. I have since shared this experience with multiple family members who have purchased vehicles from this dealership, and they've all stated they will no longer service or buy vehicles here. This is my first Ford truck, and so far I am anything but impressed -- largely because of how this dealership handled a straightforward warranty issue on a nearly new vehicle. I would strongly recommend taking your truck anywhere else for service or warranty work.

Amazing dealership, if you can really call it a true dealership. I recently sold my daily driver…read moreand was in the market for a car. I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.
