Now that summer is over I have called them twice letting them know that their services are no longer needed and I want the services canceled. They demand to know why instead just proceeding with canceling the contract. You are not entitled to my money. I don't need to provide you a reason Every time they say I can't cancel until a manager reaches out to me. They have yet to do so. I am tired of wasting my time on the phone. Cancel my contract or I am filling a complaint with the BBB.
