They also explained that there billing was done off site, but because of the amount of complaints they were receiving they decided to do it in house instead. Glad to see the change and that they seemed to have a genuine desire to make the situation right. I have since referred my sons mother to the practice.

There is always been an etiquette that a receptionist should process, and that customer service to a business where you are the first thing that establish meets the customer to keep coming back or invite others for recommendations. Then a dentist insisted on doing an xray that I did not ask for and did not want. Finally I went to the front desk, where I found out that my teeth were not cleaned, the dentist I saw was incapable of doing anything for implants, I had to come back to get what I made an appointment for today, and I owed $184 for getting essentially nothing done. This is either incompetence, a scam to get more than one appointment, or both. I won't be coming back to this practice, and neither should you.
