    Broken sink
    Ashley J.

Daniel was quick (in and out)! The sink got repaired at a great rate and he even helped me with adding the missing overflow cover to my bathroom (I could have done it, but I didn't feel like driving to Home Depot). It was worth the value and now the water can drain properly!

Loading up a furnace in my attic

Excellent service and great value. My air conditioning unit in attic had a failed blower, coil, and capacitor. I called several comfort advisors and were quoted with inferior grade units at extremely high prices. Daniel's Home Services quoted me a premium unit at a great price and install within the next day. His team was extremely professional, courteous, cognizant, and hardworking.

Carlos was on-time, professional, and informative while performing my AC maintenance for the year. He made a couple of adjustments to the system including securing my air condensate pump and adding more Freon. The prices were in line with industry averages for the area as well. I highly recommend Carlos and Daniel's Home Services. Their high rating and well deserved.

    Crooked mixing valve

These are hardworking guys and their prices seem fair, so I have tried on two occasions to give them business. Unfortunately I have not had good results. Running pipes through my floor joists, they did not cut the holes in the middle of the joists (there was room to do so) and they cut extra and sloppy holes. This is a structural concern and was avoidable. My most recent experience was calling them out to fix a clogged sewer line - I figured this was simple enough. When scheduling, I was told the cost would be up to $220 depending on how bad the clog was. The tech was not able to remove the clog with the snake, but he and the person he called said we could use the water (shower, toilet, etc). We did not, but after he left, the basement and the floor above flooded with sewer water. We were intentionally not using the water, to avoid this, but he had poured way too much water into the drain to test the clog. He never even went in the basement, where he would have seen that the sink was filling with water. Thank god my basement is unfinished and I am renovating the other floor. They came back the next day with a longer snake, and when I asked about price they said $700 and another 600 for a camera inspection. I tried to work out something more reasonable (Roto rooter quoted 800 to fix the clog same-say and do a full inspection), especially considering they flooded my house, but they refused. They also rerouted a drain in my basement previously. Where they capped the old drain in the middle of the floor, the concrete they added was really rough and messy, and I had to call them back to clean it up. It still stands out. Lastly, they did some work in another bathroom and the drain was so crooked (not plumb) I had to call them back to fix it. They had to tear up the concrete to fix that, and to fix the toilet flange that they had set level with the bare concrete - after leveling the floor and tiling, the flange would be way too low. The mixing valve they installed was also crooked, and their fix was to grab some of my pipe straps and drywall screws that I had laying around and use those to force it straight, putting strain on the copper. They also used a shark bite fitting for the drop ear, which will be buried behind the tile. They used pro press for everything else so they should have just ran out to grab the extra fitting they may have been missing. I later looked inside the mixing valve they had installed (that I supplied, new) and it was full of hard gunk. I have no idea how that would happen but I ended up just cutting out the whole valve and the shark bite to reinstall myself.

New 2 ton evaporator coil installed with new plenum box, drip pan + leak sensor, while retaining existing high efficiency gas furnace.

They are polite, professional, but wanted 3 X the amount others quoted, and it was a very simple fix

I am Jenny Du. I posted a plumbing service request and received a call from your company. You…read morearranged for your plumber Earl to contact me directly. He claimed to have spoken with my tenant, understood the issue, and could come later that day for an inspection. He stated clearly that there would be a flat rate inspection fee of $59.95, as advertised and above message sent to me via your Yelp page. I provided my credit card number based on that agreement and waited for updates. By 8 PM, I had received no call. Upon contacting my tenant, I learned that the plumber had visited, did minimal work, stayed for less than an hour, and left. I immediately checked my credit card and found an unauthorized charge of $495. The next morning, I called your number but received no answer. When I reached the plumber directly, he admitted he was going to call me but chose not to because it was "too late." He claimed the $495 was a "inspection fee" and that an additional $450 would be needed to complete the repair. We had a brief dispute, and I informed him I would pursue this matter through formal channels. I have since disputed the unauthorized charge with my credit card company and am awaiting resolution. Meanwhile, your continued efforts to contact the property owner through third parties to seek payment are inappropriate and unacceptable. I hereby put you on formal notice of the following: Your advertising and initial representations were deceptive and constitute fraud; You intentionally avoided contacting the cardholder at the time of visit under the pretense of it being too late; You charged a significantly higher amount without authorization; No actual repair was performed since the water was still leaking. and I have written statements, messages, and screenshots from multiple tenants to confirm this. You are instructed to cease all informal contact attempts with me or any associated parties. This matter will be resolved solely through formal and lawful means. If you believe you have a legitimate claim, you are entitled to pursue it through legal channels--as am I. All further communication from my side will be documented and may be used in future legal or consumer protection actions.
