This is what she did and blaming it on me saying that I have pieces of my eyebrow missing I have never had a problem with the lady that was in a chair next to her and she told me I should've waited on her.... Well I'm sorry I didn't think that she was incompetent at doing her job !! The other person had someone in her chair ... so when she called me over I went to her ... this was so unacceptable... and after this I doubt I will ever be back ... who knows how long this will take to grow back I should've knew something was wrong when her thread kept breaking as she was threading my brows smh .. I've been going here twice a month for the past 2 years ... so clearly it's a her problem !!

The studio is clean, cute, and very bright and cheerful! I was very happy with this service. Though it was a bit expensive for me on a recent college grad budget, (especially if it were not 'special' pricing), I would definitely recommend this studio and Taylor, and will likely return to treat myself! I have yet to have to return in 2 days due to missing eyelashes. This was my last visit on 09-19-25 threading, henna brows and full set of lashes 125.00 I had a weekend off of work and just doing normal daily things. I use extreme caution with my face knowing the henna wont last long in general, but even a blink seems tricky for the lashes to with stand...so again, I have to have make time to return because my lashes were 1/4 missing, 2 days later... as well as pay the fee for touch up $15. A touch up? As I type this, it is wednesday the 24th and I have 1 eye that has lashes and the other is completely gone! so even with the touch up? I went for tint and just that, I did inquire about laminating but she wanted to assess my eyebrows. She saw that someone previously took too much off one side and it was completely different. She actually explained and got them back. She showed me how it look and said it's clean you can actually get lamination if you'd like and tint. She checked on me and let me know and I see so many coming in looking for her. But she handled workload very well. Love how she fixed them. She told me in a few months they will grow back just takes time. I wish I lived here because I would definitely come back.
