Wow It was great service the owner took my car like it was his and said I'll get it done he gave me a great proper estimate and went above and beyond to remove and install my cheap bumper that they made look expensive, ( I Purchased it online ) damaged light so much work and he did it all even realigned my fender! My husband made an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car that has been in an accident (the car has undergone repairs to the front, back, side, and undercarriage according to Carfax, but we do not know exactly what repairs were made or exactly what was damaged). The idea of having an inspection was to have the body work examined for quality and make sure the frame is straight. We were told on the phone that they would be able to put the car on a lift, examine everything underneath the car, examine the body, make sure the frame is straight, etc. We took time off work to drive all the way from Elk Grove to get to this place. A man named Angel "assisted." He was extremely rude and didn't seem to know why we were there. He said things like "You want me to examine the car? But for that I'd have to remove the panels underneath." I was like "Yeah....that's why we would be paying you." Come to find out they don't even do pre-purchase inspections anyway so I have absolutely no clue why the receptionist didn't just tell us that to begin with. Total waste of everyone's time and instead of apologizing for wasting our time, Angel just turned to my husband and was like "She's all mad." Genius! read more

Angel and his team went above and beyond to fix my small damage. I had a van and a family of 6. My car was super filthy and disgusting with lots of foods and stuff on the ground. Let me tell you the owner Enrique is proud of his business and it is because of quality, value, professionalism, and punctually he was able to open a second location. I took my BMW 330i for some bumper damage and it was fixed quickly. I can't even tell where the original damage was anymore.
