When I came back I noticed one of the items was upside down, to no fault as they're not familiar with the emblem, and the seamstress was able to fix it on the spot! They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion. Their shop is clean, and my daughter noticed that they had Cinderella stickers and the nice all over the floor boards which gave it a nice touch, and they offered my daughter candy! The owner of the shop is truly so kind and warm and does an incredible job of balancing between guiding you on what would work best for your clothing while also allowing you to explain what you want. I brought two brand new dresses over - one to be hemmed and the other to be taken in - and both dresses look fantastic. I don't often get my clothing altered so I was a little surprised by how much it was to shorten a single layer dress ($75) but it was only $35 to have the other one taken in. Overall, the price was still worth the quality of work and I will definitely return any time I need something altered!

Just picked up two formal dresses that needed alterations and they now both fit like a glove! One needed to be let out and the other needed the straps shortened. Lua altered both dresses and is sweet, personable, and talented. She finished both dresses well before their expected date. Carolina and Joseph, the owners are friendly and you can tell why their business has been around for awhile. I had my wedding dress consultation with Isis. She was very sweet, you can tell she has an eye for detail. I can't wait to come back in August for my wedding dress alterations. Will provide an update then! Instead of taking time to understand what the bride envisioned, the consultant seemed uninterested and would ask her the same questions. Rather than focusing on making this appointment special, she spent critiquing the quality of another store's dresses. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when the bride was trying to enjoy her moment and explore her options. The overall appointment lacked warmth and care one would expect from a bridal boutique. Instead, it felt like we were being pushed toward a quick decision rather than guided through a thoughtful and memorable experience. They told me it will be ready the next day I needed it done the same day they expedited the process for me. The hat looks clean smells good almost brand new very reasonably priced. Also, one of the workers recommended a tailor for me. That's also next-door. That was also willing to meet my scheduling deadlines I am very happy with these guys. I'm happy also that I found my new dry cleaning place, which is right by my house and by my bank totally recommend.
