Their pricing was the best compared to the other three places I went plus I got a better quality diamond and it was custom made to exactly how my fiancé wanted. It exceeded her expectations and dreams. They have something for everyone and can get anything. The ring was made very fast (less than a week) and gave me plenty of time for my proposal. I told him I was still looking. He then said that if I wasn't going to buy, he would not let me try on any more jewelry because they would "get dirty." That is ridiculous--I've never heard this from any jewelry store. How is a customer supposed to know whether they want to buy without trying items on? To make things worse, our 3-year-old daughter, who is autistic, was wandering around. I apologize for my daughter's behavior. The salesperson said that if we couldn't control her, we would need to leave. This was an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. My husband and I were shocked by how we were treated. We will not be returning.

One of the prongs on my 1.5 carat diamond wedding ring broke and they replaced all four and cleaned it up. It honestly looks brand new, just as the same as the day I got it, 8+ years ago. They told me to come back in two hours to pick it up after dropping it off, and they threw it the dipping at no cost since I was getting all the prongs replaced! Great price for what they did. The best part is, they have lots of designer jewelry at great prices so I will definitely be back, especially for the holidays and special occasions!

Liz went above and beyond to take multiple steps to make sure that my concerns were heard. As someone who doesn't know that much about fine jewelry, I had complete trust in Liz's expertise and her suggestions for following up on my concern (e.g. looking up the GIA certificate number, connecting with the individual who wrote my appraisal, connecting with my original jeweler with specific guided questions). For about two months of this journey, she was alongside me during many of these steps and precautions, including connecting multiple times on the phone to make sure that I was comfortable with each step we were taking. By the end, I was satisfied with the information we cleared up, and the steps we took to confirm that the 'crack' was a natural inclusion that came with the stone before it was placed in the ring setting. Liz's thorough commitment and generosity to help me, despite me not being an official client, speaks volumes to her level of service and dedication as a local jeweler. When it was time to design our wedding bands, there was honestly no one else I had in mind after how generous Liz was with my initial concerns with my engagement ring. Liz worked with my fiance and I to design our pieces. Something that sets Liz apart is that she will be upfront with you about a piece, telling you its longevity and practicality for your daily living, while also giving her professional opinion about how it looks. We never felt pressured to get a certain piece or go a certain direction, and she worked with us to better understand what we were looking for and narrow down the final vision. In the end, we both created custom pieces with complete confidence in Presley and Co. For any future brides, this was easily one of the most enjoyable and straightforward tasks of wedding planning. He's ordered new stones to replace lost ones, redesigned jewelry for me... what hasn't he done? I guess the best question one can ask is, "What CAN'T he do?" When I realized my mistake and apologized and tried to pay for the repair, he refused to let me and said that he hoped he'd see me again as a customer. The inside of the ring had some tool clamp markings and discoloration from the plating not being finished correctly in the final process of rhodium plating. (I decided not to fault the designer due to such a fine piece being rushed on my husband's request to gift it to me in time, and this is why hand crafted pieces shouldn't be rushed) I took it to Joel and he went above and beyond for me to make my dream ring absolutely flawless and PERFECT!
