Dishonest Business - Avoid at All Costs! This place is a complete scam. I bought a silver chain, but when I tried to return it, the owner accused me of bringing back a different chain and refused to even check the security cameras. Instead of providing any real customer service, they were rude, dismissive, and flat-out refused to help me. It's clear they have no integrity and will do anything to avoid taking responsibility. If you value your money and don't want to be scammed, stay far away from this shop! There are plenty of honest jewelers out there--this is NOT one of them. read more

Literally walked in to try and get a simple watch battery changed. They only allow 3 customers in at a time according to the sign out front. They rang us inside and the person working behind the counter was helping a customer so we waited for a few minutes. There was no acknowledgement of our entrance or existence at all. Then suddenly a new person walked in and the guy behind the counter helped that person right away and didn't even acknowledge we were even in the room... no, "Hi, hello" no, "I'll be with you in a moment," no, "what can I do for you today." Maybe go somewhere else with actual customer service. read more

I got comfortable and put on a few pounds after getting married so my wedding band started physically hurting my finger. Me justifying not wearing it to hubby: "This ring is not supposed to represent suffocation!" I brought it in to get stretched, fully expecting to leave it for a couple of weeks, but he stretched it on the spot for very cheap! And polished then both! I loved the feel so much that I wanted my engagement ring stretched a little too and he did it in seconds with no extra charge. Now I'm going to have hubby bring his in for a stretching too! We both got a tad too comfy. He also has a lot of gorgeous jewelry in their cases! If I was looking for singing special, I'd for sure check them first! read more

I just picked up my engagement ring from getting the prongs tightened and I'm SO HAPPY! I had it reset at the place it was purchased from right after I first got it when the stone fell out. It took the other place over a week and I didn't realize until after I left it they had put marks in the prongs, then the stone came loose a few days later again. I was so frustrated so I decided to take it to Del rancho instead. The marks on the prongs are now gone, the stone doesn't look like it's going anywhere plus they we're SO nice! Thought I had found my go to jewelry store, that is until they changed owners. I used to pop in and have a couple of rings sized at a time, they charged me $35 per ring which I felt was reasonable and they did fantastic work. Shocked to see new owners, I figured I'd give them a try. Mind you I was having my rings sized from and to the same size my other rings were resized by the previous owners. When I dropped my rings off with the new owners, they did not say one thing about adding gold. Had they, I would and gone elsewhere or I have plenty of gold I could have provided. Instead, they took it upon themselves to add gold and charge me $177 to size two rings! This is highway robbery. I will never frequent this establishment again, and suggest you don't either. read more
