Even though the dressing rooms were temporarily closed during my last visit, they have a clear 30-day return policy so you can try things on at home. I've been having knee and back issues because of a Fall and work injury. I called my Orthopedic Doctor and Therapist to get a suitable knee brace. I was told they would call to consult. The cost $400.00 for a knee brace! But..... Well, by the Grace of God, I found a vibrating/ heating pad for my knee!! Brand new ,wrapped up in a box and price tag... $3.00!! When I asked if I would have any issues returning the item without a tag Bianca said I could only return them to this particular store. And even then she couldn't guarantee I wouldn't have any issues with the return just in case the slides did not fit my son. If they can't even answer basic questions about their return policy, that's a big red flag. I asked her if she was ok, because of her off putting demeanor she responded yes. I decided to go elsewhere. I hope Bianca has a better day or finds a job where she doesn't have to deal with customers.
