I've been to this restaurant about 4 or 5 times since it opened. One time I went to the drive-thru speaker and nobody responded to take my order. This evening I went through the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me and I was told to stand by. I had to repeat items in my order and after being told to park in the front, as they seem to do, he brought me my food and asked to repeat my order. Five opportunities for this restaurant and less than impressed. The owner or manager must not care about quality or customer satisfaction. Finally, the food was lukewarm and my order was incorrect. This place is HORRIBLE. They park you EVERY-SINGLE-TIME! I order a medium drink and 4 snack tacos (stuff they don't have to actually cook or fry. Only assemble!) and they still park you. We went there to use their coupons. We drove through to use 1 and I went to walk in using a different pay card and they said I could not use a second coupon because I was in the same vehicle. We have never had a problem all other Del tacos out of this area we go to let us do that way to use the coupons. The person working said he would do it, but because the manager watches the cameras and will not let the customers use the coupons like that if they come in the same vehicle. Horrible, I walk in and I'm first told I can't have a dog. I reply it's acceptable to have a dog with me if it's a service dog. I wait in line. He's helping two other customers order. The one other customer finishes their order and the other's order Is served. The customer asks if it was done according to specifications, the food preparer looks surprised. 4-5 minutes pass and they finish ordering and then Andi asked me to order at the self service kiosk. I say well I just waited in line can I order. And can I order just hamburger patties from the self serve kiosk? Why not at first say go ahead and order from the soft serve kiosk. But if someone waits in line to place an order, don't shuffle them off after their request order in person. We never ordered, we left. And based on the error of the order of the folks in front of me. Today is the 3rd time visiting this location and has not changed like I hoped! 1st time I waited 20 minutes after ordering through the drive through for a chicken quesadilla. 2nd time was shorted 2 burritos and 2 Cheeseburgers 3rd time today stopped quickly to get something before daughters game and was not given a chicken roller and the three burritos with 2x extra cheese were extremely cold. This location is by far the worst I've ever been to. First off they will tell you to park every single time regardless of what you order. Then they take forever to bring the food out because there's other parked cars and they wait for all the orders to be done. Food was cold by the time it got to me. The worst part is they lie and say they park you so they can make fresh fries or fresh fish but then when you get the food the fries are cold and stale like the fish. If we go through the drive thru maybe consider we are in a somewhat time crunch and don't have time. The final straw for me was today I went at 9pm and they closed the drive thru and the doors. Are they not supposed to be 24:7? Whoever the franchise owner is needs to investigate that is seriously a lot of wasted money. I've been here numerous times and they forget things such as asking you what hot sauce you want and you get totally different hot sauce, or paying for extra meat and not getting it. This del tacos customer service sucks, i work around the corner and its the only food spot nearby. When i go through the drive through they have me order and then pay and park up front were they write what color car im driving on the front of the receipt. Also note that they dont give me my receipt, and im only ordering a single meal. There is no reason to park up front and have my order messed up three times now in the past week. Also the customer service sucks they are very rude when coming up to the cars and at the window when paying. read more
