The sloppy-looking older woman at store #41275-0 who would not give her name but claimed she wasn't a manager is making a joke out of customer service. She is a disgrace. i purchased a gift card from a Subway store in San Bernardino, CA. I stupidly wanted to use my gift card to buy a sandwich from Subway store #41275-0. The service from the very sloppy old lady who was working there on May 27, 2026 between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. at the store on 4414 University Parkway, San Bernardino, CA, 92407 was appalling. She said she was not a manager and refused to give me her name. The app said that the roast beef sandwich and two other sandwiches were out of stock but she confirmed they were not. She also confirmed she wa aware of the problem that multiple items in the app menu were showing as "out of stock" even thought they were not. I asked her if she would still honor the app promotion for the $6.99 footlong. She refused. She said she "would call someone and see if anything could be done." So does she call her manager? Or even a district manager to report the problem with the app that she admitted other customers were coming and were also upset about??? No, this genius calls a woman named Michelle in Human Resources! Yes, Human Resources is now making decisions about product and what promotions will be honored and which won't! Of course I can't get a last name for Michelle and have no way of knowing who she even is. This makes your business - and corporate - look like a joke. I will be posting a google and yelp review about this joke of customer service and how you obviously do not care about customer service. So she took up so much of my time, my lunch break was used up and I did not get food after all. The owner is allowing this type of behavior from this woman and the staff knows there is a problem with the app and nothing is done about it. And why is Michelle from HR calling the shots about what products and promos?!? In fairness, I will say there is a kid working there who does know about providing excellent good customer service - his name is Christian. He should be the manager. read more

I wish I could give this Subway location, ZERO STARS. We made an online order and did not get what we ordered. Both of my sandwiches were not toasted as requested. One of the sandwiches had onions when allergic and requested no onions. Called and spoke to Chris and was instructed to take the sandwich back and he would remake it. The remake was still not was requested and Chris insisted he followed the script, obviously not. After being told I would receive a refund. I later received a call from Chris stating his manager would only issue a refund if we took the sandwich back for a third trip to the store. At this point, just a lesson learned to not go back to this Subway location. We did not ask for olives nor tomato which came on my remake with the wrong bread, and again not toasted. I usually love Subway and their food -- it's fresh, customizable, and normally a great experience every time i go on my lunch. Unfortunately, this visit this time was disappointing because of an employee named Adam. He was very rude and unprofessional, which really took away from what should've been an enjoyable meal. Every time I come here, someone has a bad attitude. Life is to short for someone making your food to short you on 1 piece of cheese. On University Parkway plaza, limited parking in front , but more parking available. My son was craving for a Subway sandwiches. He ordered the foot long roast beef on wheat, toasted with provolone cheese and lettuce. Nothing else, pretty much plain. He loved it that way and gobbled it all up. I had the six inch oven garlic roasted chicken toasted on wheat with provolone cheese. I love the garlic aioli sauce on top of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. And as I pick up my order and get half way home I just pulled over and decided to check my sandwich. And I called and told Chris what had happened and he said come back and I'll fix. So I called again and asked for a refund and he said I have to take him the sandwich which is 25 mins away from my home to get a refund at 10:50 for a sandwich he messed up two times. So I lost my refund because Chris said the manager can't give a refund without the sandwich so at this point I just gave up because im gonna spend more on gas going back and forth for a sandwich that should've been made right the first time I placed my online order. And mind you he only had one customer in the store so he couldn't say because it was busy. I wish I could post my order on what i placed not a cold ass Philly cheese steak sandwich with just mayo and olives which I hate. Just as much I hate onion. First off, this is one of the cleanest Subways I've ever seen. Even the layout of the store is modern and the staff are all friendly and helpful. They are constantly cleaning any messes and stocking the chips on the floor. Today, I ordered pickup from the DoorDash app, because I had a $7 off coupon. The process of ordering was easy and simple and I was able to make my customizations with no problems. I ordered the rotisserie chicken Caesar wrap on tomato basil tortilla with extra lettuce, tomato, spinach, shredded cheddar, onions, etc. Asked for extra Caesar on the side also cuz I can't stand a dry wrap. The app notified me that my order was ready to be picked up. The associate was packaging up my order as I arrived and it was neatly packaged with everything I ordered. Food: Since this was my first time ordering a wrap, I had no idea the rotisserie chicken would be warm. Oh my gosh! It was so good. That first bite was so satisfying. The combination of the warm, shredded rotisserie chicken and the cool veggies complemented each other very well. I haven't been to a subway in years, and this is my second time at this location, the same girl helped us and she was nice answering our questions about what's in each sandwich, I got the turkey and ham sandwich with a bunch of goodies on top, the second I came in I tried the subway garlic herb oil and it honestly didn't give the sandwich any flavor compared to when I put their vinaigrette the first time. They don't carry light mayo at this location. It's very nice and you can tell it's been recently remodeled inside. The bathrooms were clean as well as the seating area. I have never had a problem with this location. I used to think it was one of the better ones. I ordered a sandwich through the app using a promo code. They got my bread and protein right but instead of putting the toppings on that I wanted. They put in extra onions and black olives. I did not ask for either of these toppings.
