I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was necessary. I want to start by saying the employees were polite, patient, and clearly trying their best. None of the blame falls on them. They were amazing help and seemed like amazing people, They seemed to be doing everything they could despite what appeared to be poor management. My issue is with the ownership and the overall way the restaurant seems to be run. From my experience, everything felt disorganized and chaotic, and it gave me the impression that customer service isn't a priority. The restaurant is nothing like it's portrayed on social media. The online image made it seem welcoming and well put together, but in person I found the atmosphere uncomfortable and unsettling. The decor and posters also struck me as looking AI-generated, which made the place feel less authentic. That's just my impression, but combined with everything else, it left me with a very negative overall feeling. It's unfortunate because the staff deserves credit--they're the ones trying to keep things together. Unfortunately, good employees can't make up for what I felt was poor leadership and a disappointing customer experience. Extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted. I ordered a burger from this place, somewhere I actually enjoyed eating, and received a bun with what appears to be visible mold on it. I didn't notice it until I had already started eating. This is a serious food-quality and safety concern. My biggest question is: who is checking the food before it is served to customers? If something this noticeable made it out of the kitchen, it makes me wonder how many other customers may have eaten food like this without realizing it. There weren't too many people in there when we got there around 8/815pm on a Saturday night. Staff was super friendly. I do wish there was some music playing which would have upped the vibes a bit. We love trying hole in the wall spots but this place gave an entirely new meaning. When we walked in, it was dead, not one person in site. Decor was welcoming but the "bar area" was empty and looked scarce. The guy who we believe was the owner was nice. Talked to us for a brief moment, asked if we needed help ordering on the kiosk. We ordered our food, burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries. We were served flat canned soda, with ice from the same ice maker we have at home in a RED DIXIE cup. Our food was brought out and one of our burgers we asked for no onions. We told the young man who works there and he responded with "oh um it has onions, you can take them off, or I can take them back" we were surprised and just decided to do it ourselves.
