Located on Rubidoux and 30th street. Right off the freeway entrance. Glad I stopped by as this locations staff is pretty courteous and quick with my order. We went thru the drive thru lane and picked up our order right away after just ordering in the mobile app. They even have some fun deals like if the Lakers win you get 2 free tacos with a drink purchase. I was ordering food for my dad three times on Uber Eats and we finally got it right with her help and her kindness. The worst I've had. I order 8 orders of tacos and 3 large curly French fries and a large vanilla ice coffee. The only thing that was good was the ice coffee. The tacos were cold as fuck and the fries cold and soggy. I don't understand how that is possible If all the have to worry about is the drive-through. I would expect for my food to be decent for the price they are charging. This is the most disgusting Jacc in the box I have ever been to!!! There are homeless people using the restroom in front of the door of the restaurant, the restrooms have paper, graffiti, sh!t on the floor and walls, no toilet paper, broken doors. They smell like swass. The staff play around too much. They finish their conversation before taking your order. The homeless that hang out in there stink up the place and all they do is lounge in there for hours. None of the employees seem to care about the funk in the air or to clean their disgusting bathrooms. They either need to fire the current store managers AND employees, or close down for a month or two to retrain everyone. read more
