You definitely can tell Ownership/Managers do not really care or invest into this location. Food was okay, but the appearance of the interior of restaurant overall was dirty, floors sticky, tables , the bathroom was terrible. I know it us fast food, but you can tell when an organization cares at least a little about image. This one does not. I've lived in the area for 7 months now and i honestly don't know why i keep thinking this place will change, or get better. I don't know who runs this place, but DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They're "system is down" so they can't take orders. If they can, it can be upwards of 20-30 min wait time for only 2-3 cars in the drive thru. Half the time you sit in front of the speaker box clueless wondering if they're open this time or if they aren't. And the employees are never apologetic or seem to care. I have been coming here for years. I don't understand why they can't comprehend what I'm ordering. I specifically asked for something and she repeated 4-5 times. I repeated them 4-5 times back. I had the Fish Taco Platos, it came with refried beans with red sauce and cheese, white rice topped with pico de gallo, and two fish tacos. The two pieces of fish were fried and topped with tomatoes, cabbage and lime, I ordered my fish tacos with a flour tortilla, but I'm pretty sure it actually comes on corn tortillas. When I pulled in, there were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. I waited almost 10 min before my turn to order (mistake 1). Had to wait another 5 minutes just sitting at the speaker with several cars behind me (mistake 2). Finally, a voice came on and took my order. I gave my order, then proceeded forward to the pick up window and waited a few more minutes before anyone approached. Some guy finally walks up and takes my payment (mistake 3) , then immediately says "I need you to pull around front and wait for me to bring your food out." Reluctantly I didn't ask for a refund (mistake 4), then went to the front and waited, (mistake 5) and waited, and waited... My order has been wrong each time, the first two times I let it slide I'm scared they'll do something to my food, but the third time, I was 100% clear when I ordered, I even repeated to be safe, and it was still wrong, and they act like they're busy each time so they are always seeming to be in a hurry. No matter where you work, take pride in your job! If you don't want to find another one where you can! I would rather drive the extra miles just to get my order correct. We had a party of 5...3 adults two small kids . 1st thing we walked into a very wet floor with no caution sigh. I asked from the entrance if the dinning room was still open and they looked confused why I'd ask. We were only ones in line and there was a couple who had already been served. It took us 20 mins, their excuse was they needed to make Fries. Half of our meal had been sitting there getting soggy. When I was waiting I noticed a female in the back barley starting the kids meal quesadilla . She had no uniform, and kept pulling up her jeans to avoid exploding her mid and lower body. I notice her pull so.thin off the quesadilla machine and she looked grossed out and tossed whatever it was, and she turned and quickly turned again after she saw me watching her .Both females working didn't properly tie their hair. One had beautiful hair past her hips just flying aroundm. The other had her untrammedd curls in the way. Then they had to ask me how many kids meals did I order . Just One customer came in and got his order with fries as we were still waiting. When we finally got our entire meal because they chose to let it sit it was soggy and unappetizing. Then about 5 feet away from our table was roaches . Thank goodness the 2 lil ones didn't want to eat. Us 3 adults didn't finish our meals either. It was a very slow and dirty del taco. This was 2nd time I went in, 1st time took me 30 mins to get 2 tacos and fries on a Wednesday after 9pm. Never again in this location. read more

While the customer service was great and the food was good as always, I did recommend to the manager on duty to pour some water down the floor drain in the men's restroom on a weekly basis to prevent the strong odor of sewer gas from filling the air in the small restroom. I walked into the restroom and about gagged with the odor of sewer gas. I'm sure the same is true for the women's restroom as well. With time, the trap primers tend to fail and you have this problem. Hopefully Del Taco ownership will address this issue before the odor migrates into the kitchen. Might be a good idea to pour water into the floor drains in the kitchen as well. read more
