Uber eats order 5 burritos. Not a single one was wrapped or rolled into a burrito. Here's my pics. Honestly I remembered why I stopped eating at this chain. It proves everytime it's mediocre. The staff is mediocre. The taste many years ago used to be fresh and good but it seems everytime you go to del taco they fail in the simplest methods. If Uber eats would let me get a refund for this slop I wouldn't be crashing out. But yall deserve to see the 30$ meal I paid for "burritos" those pics are two separate "burritos" I got from them. How would you react to having a messy wet bag from Uber? You open falling apart bag and see sauce leaking from del tacos "burritos" the worst part is looking in the bag and seeing how flat my and misshapen the burritos were before I even got them.

Well I tried it and I'm not impressed. I signed up for the app and received 2 free tacos with any purchase. So I decided to try their new burrito which has melted cheese, chicken or steak and fries in it . It was very good. I would say that's what helped get them 4 stars. I went thru the drive thru on a Tuesday afternoon. The lady on the register was nice. She appeared to be the manager. She gave me my food and I was on my way. I got home and tried the burrito first. Now I don't normally eat burritos but the picture at Del Taco made it look very good. It was! Now it was time to try the tacos. They were horrible, very nasty I threw 1 away. I saved one taco for my husband to see what he thought about it. He said that it was nasty and he threw it away after taking one bite. How can a company have great tasting burritos and nasty tacos? Well I guess its possible. I hope that was just a bad batch and I hope that the tacos are really not that bad because I really wanna like this place my favorite food is tacos. So I guess I'll try it one more time plus the burrito was pretty good.

Bunch of bs eye candy to pull u in. Food is terrible. This is the remnants of a $10 burrito supreme. Never eating here again. What else should i have expected from a chain store resturant. Smh

I tried Del Taco for the first time (ever) a couple months ago, and it wasn't bad at all. I'd say it is a little pricey for what you get, and the "combo" doesn't come with any sides, only a drink. I tried the Cali Steak & Guac burrito, and my boyfriend tried the Carne Asada Burrito. We both agreed the meat was pretty tasty, and they were pretty thick. Only wish is it came with maybe some chips and salsa? or some fries. Another thing is we decided to order from the Drive Thru, and they took forever. We were the only ones in line and it them took about 15 min for 2 burritos. Everything was fresh, and hot, but still seems kinda excessive for a fast food place. Service was okay, both ladies who took our order were nice, and apologized for taking so long. I would probably be back. ESPAÑOL Probé Del Taco por primera vez hace un par de meses, y no estuvo nada mal. Yo diría que es un poco caro para lo que obtienes, y el "combo" no viene con ningún lado, solo una bebida. Probé el burrito de Cali Steak & Guac, y mi novio probó el Burrito de Carne Asada. Los dos estuvimos de acuerdo en que la carne era bastante sabrosa, y eran bastante gruesos. Solo desearía que viniera con quizás chips y salsa? o unas papas fritas. Otra cosa es que decidimos ordenar del Drive Thru, y se tardaron una eternidad. Éramos los únicos en la fila y tomo unos 15 minutos para 2 burritos. Todo era fresco y caliente, pero todavía parece un poco excesivo para un lugar de comida rápida. El servicio fue bueno, las dos damas que tomaron nuestro pedido fueron amables y se disculparon por tomar tanto tiempo. Probablemente volveré.

A friend and I hit the Golds about 1.5 week ago across the street. They were literally one of the few gyms open in the ENTIRE metro area during this Covid mayhem. When we left, he grabbed Del Taco and was bragging about how good it was. A few of my Cali friends often talk about it, so I figured what the hell... Now, the restaurant does appear quite trendy and well kept so that's a plus. For a Del Taco Virgin, It has an appearance of perhaps a more "authentic" fast food taco. When I drove to the drive thru I had to wait a good 2 minutes before I decided to say, "Hello", and somebody responded and told me to "Hold On". No biggie.... "Coronavirus!" .... I ordered (2) Fish Tacos and upgraded the fries to Queso Loaded. I got a Cherry Coke to drink and the bill came to about $12. Quite Pricey if you ask me.... The wait for the food was quite long. Def waited not quite 10 minutes but close to it. Remember, I already waited at the speaker and now the window. I was the only car in the drive-thru ,may I add..... When the food arrived I got my Cherry Coke which wasn't filled to the rim. I thought of getting it filled up but didn't wanna be petty but honestly really thought about it.... She apologized for the wait and said there was an extra taco in the bag! I smiled and said Thanks. That made up for the drink being 3/4 full ... When I got home I was disappointed. The food was COLD?!? So what was the wait about??? Also, the taste just wasn't there. The fish in the tacos are not as plump and the tortilla is corn. I prefer flour. Not sure If I could have changed that, but It gave it a distinct taste. The taco does come with a lime wedge, so that adds some flavor while eating. The "free" taco she gave me was very delicious. Even while typing this It seems like this is the type of place where you stick to the basics...Anything outside a taco or burrito will be a FAIL.... The loaded fries were good as well. Coated properly with Queso meat and Jalapeno. Again, served cold.... But I did microwave for about 20 seconds and that did the trick. In all, I will visit again and try more basic items... ground beef or chicken tacos/burritos. Those items may taste ALOT better. But the Fish Taco is not so good and the service here was quite slow and I was served cold food after paying a quite steep price.

The service was slightly confusing because I couldn't tell if I was inconveniencing the employees when I indicated that it was my first time visiting their establishment and ordering their food. The fish taco was pleasantly good flavor and texture wise. I do not like their "beef" Del Taco because it was overloaded with "cheese" and the meat as well as the cheese tasted insanely artificial. The ambiance was quiet, but the interaction with the employees left me unsure if they even wanted to serve me in restaurant or not. Not everyone has the best day, so it could be just a not so good day for them or they may have just been tired. It just would have been nice if they Could have helped assist me when I mentioned several times that I was new to the establishment and was trying to decide and inquired about things but it felt as though they were annoyed with me just merely existing and wanted me to quickly leave.

Went back to this place because nothing else in the area was opened this late. worst mistake! the first bite of my burrito was a mouth full of plastic! literally, i bit into a giant piece of plastic! see the pictures below for yourself! i literally could have choked on this! how could they let this slip pass?! no quality control at all! i completely lost my appetite! and will not be given them anymore of my business! i just hope i don't get sick.

I have mixed feelings, I love Del Taco and was a regular stop when I lived in California so I was ecstatic when they opened this location. However, they have not lived up to their name. When they first opened they were painstakingly slow. So bad so I could have went to a Mex restaurant and had a sit down service faster but figured they'd improve with time. And OMG whatever you do don't ask for any +/- to something their POS system is not setup for that, for instance I asked for my 10 tacos with out the special sauce and order taker looked like they had to reprogram the system (according to the server they have to go into each taco and add the request to each one ‍), I stopped asking because it was such an ordeal every time and most of the time they'd put the sauce on then anyway. So, between the long wait and the consultant mistakes I'd often skipped them and go elsewhere. This visit I was really wanting some Del Taco and went through the drive-through expecting the typical long wait, but to my surprise they were very quick; I thought they must have finally fixed some things, but when I got home they tacos were so so so sloppy, a lump of cheese on one end, lump of meat in the middle and all the sauce on the other end, and so inconsistently made. If I wanted sloppy, messy slapped together crap, I would of gone to Taco Bell! This place has squandered a great opportunity with fantastic location, so disappointing! Couple pics attached,

Dog $hi+... Waited an hour for the worst taco I think I've ever had. This place should be shut down with a vengeance. If you're thinking of ordering this, don't. Taco Bell at their worst is orders of magnitude better than the best best this place has to offer.
