My sister eventually had to get up and ask for utensils, and she also had to go to the service window to request water because no one brought it to our table. As our server, Brandon was simply not attentive and didn't seem engaged with us as customers. I love Tacos & Tequilas and visit the Poncey location two or three times a month, so I know the level of service the restaurant is capable of providing. This visit was a major disappointment based solely on the customer service. Despite the lack of attentiveness, we still left Brandon a generous tip.
