So first off I waited about 25 minutes in line in drive-through which is rare for this location since I've not had that issue before I get up to the window no one said thank you for waiting I'm sorry about the long wait just gave me my total.. I proceed to grab my food and drive off just to realize there's no cheese in my quesadilla just two tortillas so then I have to park my car walk in to the Del taco and let them know what happened. The woman then proceeded to say she didn't know that those are premade she doesn't know who did that.. she did in fact give me two quesadillas with minimal amount of cheese there was no apology no thank you so much for your patience nothing... the customer service here is a zero for me they had nobody in the lobby and it still took 25 minutes for their drive through I don't understand it I recommend if you're in the area don't do it this place is full of people they got hired after the pandemic let go all the workers that had costumer service read more

10/27/2017 7am -715am. Wow.....horribly long line due to a very slow drive thru cashier. I see a special for 2 chorizo and egg burritos for $4 which I order. I pull up to the cashier and the gentleman at the window tells me that the promotion is not valid and not in their system yet. I said the signage is placed outside and I was told the cashier had no idea why his manager put the sign out. He says to me..."you know what I'll do for you? I'm gonna make it $6.38." WHAT? I have eaten at many Del Tacos in the past. Most of these Del tacos give average service in general. I came into this particular Del Taco with a large group of people. It seemed like the store was super busy with the drive-through and other orders in process. The person at the register Amy, was super helpful and professional. She was able to correctly process our orders effectively and in a timely manner. When I observe a young person that is doing a great job I like to give credit where credit is due. When you are driving with a child in the car who is hungry and wants breakfast, you make a quick stop. Well, it should be quick. 10 minutes just to repeat the order at the speaker. Going over and over 2 Breakfast Burrito Combos, an Epic Burrito Combo, and a Bacon and Egg Quesadilla. Breakfast Combos had OJ and the Epic had a Coke. We finally pull up to the window and after all that chaos, they had the order WRONG!!! So my husband doesn't want to talk to the employee anymore. There I am, shouting our order from the passenger side of the car. After ANOTHER 5 minutes of repeating the order (by this time my 7 year old could recite it by heart), we depart. Smallest del combo burritos I've ever seen. Went through the Drive-Thru, and they mess up our order, shorting us our #7 combo. My wife went in to let them know and they kept telling her to check the bottom of the bag, which we did. After two trips back inside, the very young manager relented and gave her the missing items. This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever seen. I've had a few minor mistakes with my orders, but most of the time when I request something special like green sauce the order is good. The service is actually good once you actually get to the window 15 minutes later! Girl working in the kitchen goes to the refrigerator with gloves on, opens the fridge door and takes out a tub of pico de gallo, goes back to the kitchen grabs the almost empty tub of pico de gallo and uses the same gloved hand to scoop out the remaining salsa out of the tub and put it on top of the full tub she just got. Seriously? After you touched the refrigerator door? Then why wear gloves. ? And why not use a spoon ? Is it laziness or lack of proper training. Especially if you have an open kitchen that shows everyone in the dining room your poor food preparation By the way , your food sucked and our order was wrong. I can't remember having a bad experience here. The good: Katie is a super-duper sweetheart. The night crew in general is an awesome team! They always have a smile and time to joke around with the customers while they work. The tables are kept nice and clean-- they're not sticky!! The bad: The restaurant is kept icy cold. I love del taco and will always drive further to go to another one to avoid going here. On the rare occasions I decide to go my order is always messed up or missing something. If you order something basic I am sure they will get it if you order one item.... but mess with them and add extra cheese or more than one item it seems like they are able not to handle it. Woha and god forbid you add a coupon the girl at the drive thru will have fear in her eyes. Ordered a double del with fries and asked if I can get my fries Well done( I like them really crispy ) I heard the manager (April) tell the girl cooking the fries just give me the fries that were already cooked, and they were not well done. Since I heard say that I asked if I can get them more well done than the ones they had made, with a Attitude she said the fries there are already crispy I asked for more well done fries and they threw the old ones into the fryer they came soggyer and greasy than expected. I then heard the manager (April) using profanity to her other employees saying the customer at the drive thru is asking why she is not getting the Thursday taco deal and have them drive and park while she fixes there order! Long story short I used to work here at this location in high school I can see the service here sucks and I blame management. Also got charged for a side of ranch and jalapeños which the little girl ringing me up must of expected like I didn't have the money to pay for it lol! Just to mention the girls cooking the food wasn't wearing hair nets and they hair looked really wild, everyone's mask was under there nose like they weren't caring about COVID! My husband and I have been waiting for a long time for the beyond meat to come to Del Taco. We each got 3 Beyond Meat tacos and let me say, they were DELICIOUS! Definitely going back for more! I just bought lunch for my daughter. The drive thru line moved fairly well. I placed my order with a very friendly person who read the order back to me. When I got to the window the associate handed me my daughter's drink and took my credit card. A short while later the associate handed me my sack of food. I had my daughter check the order and she said everything was there. The associate finally handed me my credit card. I reminded the associate that I had not received my two cups of water. The associate filled the cups with water and handed them to me. We were probably waiting less than 5 minutes. As we drove away, my daughter asked for the receipt. I realized I had not been given one. I asked why she needed it. She said we were given chili cheese fries instead of regular fries. Without a receipt, I figured there was no point in going back. She didn't eat the fries. The food was all good, and all hot, so other than the fact she didn't get her fries and I didn't get a receipt, it was a positive experience. read more

I ordered 2 churros and a strawberry lemonade and I haven't felt this sick since my first trimester of pregnancy. I don't know what they are touching, if they're not washing their hands? Tonight was the worst service my family and I have had here. We gave them our order and when they read it back to us it was right. Then when we got are food half of it was wrong or missing. When I said something they said I would have to pay the difference even though we had questioned the amount of the bill and was read the correct order back. It seems like they didn't care. After ordering a list of items, including a "plain cheese quesadilla with no sauce". I was informed that they do not put sauce in there cheese quesadillas. Of course when I got my order I checked and there was definitely green Chile's in the quesadilla. I returned and told them I had ordered a plain cheese quesadilla and received one with sauce, they apologized and said they would remake it for me. I waited , got the replacement and drove home. I have just gotten my order at Del Taco and it was ALL messed up. I ordered six 1/2lb bean burritos, all green sauce. We specifically asked for two bean burritos with no cheese. Instead, we got a completely random order of six burritos with red sauce and all had cheese in them. It's like they just put whatever they wanted in the bag! My kids and I were extremely disappointed when we checked our bags, and we had to end up finding something else to eat since they don't eat cheese.
