I went with my cousins last night around 1:30 and they got our whole order wrong and gave us the wrong drink. After they gave us the right drink it was so flat. The girl with the glasses who was working the drive thru had so much attitude and was soo rude. I asked her to scan my app for my points and she didn't even scan it. We had to go around back through the drive thru after checking the bags and we waited another 15 minutes for our food to be remade. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location. Id rather drive out alil more to go somewhere else. read more

I don't know what's going on with this location but my last 3 visits have all been pretty rough, and this used to be my go-to Del Taco! One order was completely wrong (all soft instead of hard tacos, none with the lettuce removed as requested.) Last week, the chips for my nachos had been fried in completely rancid oil. I could smell it as soon as I opened the bag. I still tasted one just in case, and the oil was sooo bad I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth for a while. Today, the tortillas were burnt, my kids' chocolate shakes were not even mixed, my chicken taco was barely assembled inside the wrapper, and our nachos had maybe a tablespoon each of pico de gallo and pinto beans. I'm a die hard Del Taco fan and hate leaving a negative review, but the quality here has really gone downhill unfortunately. I left two extra stars because my french fries and our snack tacos were perfect and delicious, and the staff is really so friendly and nice. read more

The review average here boggles me. I've lived down the street from this location for about 3 years and have eaten here a BUNCH of times. Have literally never had any complaints other than maaaybe "they forgot to make the fries well done". The food is great and the attention to detail is solid. They always include plenty of sauce. What more can you ask for? It's Del Taco. You can get a FEAST for pennies and it's delicious. Thank you to this location for keeping me fed. Big shoutouts to: - Double Del (best burger around without going to Habit or JCW. Even then, I'd submit it as a contender. It's damn good.) - Fries! The crinkle cut fires are SOLID! Especially if you can luck into getting an employee to go through the hassle of making them well done. First and last time i get a 8.00+ taco salad! Choose the steak one cause last time i ate the regular beef it was absolutely disgusting. This Del Taco is usually top notch, however the last few weeks has been rough. What changed?! The last few visits the items have just been poorly made. The fries are always super undercooked, however worst of all is the tacos and quesadillas have little to no meat and cheese. For example, we ordered 4 chicken quesadilla snackers for a few people, and the one pictured had the most meat. Literally 3 small pieces of chicken with little cheese. I was pretty happy when Del Taco opened a location right by where I live. Being a professional driver I've been eating at Del Taco's in CA. for decades. And I'd be surprised if there's one in Utah I have not been to. Point being I absolutely know the menu, the quality, and what to expect. Taco Tuesday has been ok at this location. But I have a real bone to pick with them about the Macho burrito. I've given them 3 chances and every time gotten a tiny little horrible tasting disappointment about the size of a fat cigar. It's better to buy the regular old Del Burrito it's bigger than their sad version of a macho. I don't know if they haven't been properly trained to make it. Outside looks nice but that is about it. Decided to try Del Taco again after a fee years and welt, this is the worst place i have ever been. My value tacos tasted nasty and one was pretty much empty so i ate a stale chip. The chicken soft taco was also nasty. It tasted like burnt tortillas with unseasoned bland chicken with a sprinkle of cheese and was the worsted ive tasted. The fries were hot but unsalted and limp like they had been sitting a while and some were burnt. I had to go inside and get salt. What a waste of my money. The people were unfriendly and stale. Like unhappy robots who do not like to talk. The beer battered fish taco has shriveled cabbage that looked like paper and was also burnt and gross. If i get food poisoning i will be sure to report them to BBB and health department that is how nasty it all was. I have to throw it away and go somewhere else to eat. Will NOT be going back here.
