The coffee shop is small with wraparound glass windows emitting an abundance of light. Sa-Tén's interior is unassuming...really non-distinct. My friend ordered the last salmon toast, however, since she had previously tried it, she allowed me to have the last one. Such a thoughtful and kind friend...she ordered the bacon, egg and cheese toast instead. Let me just say this salmon toast was the bomb diggity. Our server described this breakfast item as salmon on white toast...what a major understatement! Our toast was even larger than Texas toast with a brioche taste and perfectly toasted. Quite honestly, I could have just eaten the toast all by itself. The salmon and cheese enhanced the taste. What a spectacular discovery! My friend was pleased with her selection as well.
