Our son went to get some liquor from them and lo and behold he found the grocery store and meat market. He went on and on about the meat and their prices. We wanted to eat out Sunday so we decided to give the food a try. Let me tell you that is some good eats! David had catfish and it was delicious. I had the chicken fried steak and. It was perfect. The gravy was yummy and the coleslaw was light and delicious. Nick had a bbq sandwich and it was amazing. Talk about a sleeper y'all this is the place to be. Service was horrible. My little yorkie, who is a registered service dog, was just told she couldn't be in there. The lady never even asked anything she just looked at her and me and said "nope got to go". She has always gone in there with me, everyone has loved on her, never had a problem. This lady I didn't catch her name, she didn't even give me a chance to get it. We don't do a lot of business in there so I'm sure they won't miss us. But we will never be going in there again. read more

We are new to the area & wanted to buy lunch for our movers. I ordered 6 cheeseburger meals. As requested they made all burgers dry with all condiments & toppings on the sides. The food was perfect, the service was great. Nice little hole in the wall with a great selection on the menu. We will be back! read more

Awesome little grocery store with a fresh butcher. They even have a little restaurant setup that serves pizza, wings, subs, and fried chicken. Everyone is friendly and polite. You can see them making the food fresh ro order, they have a few items prepared but everything I get I've seen it cooked in front of me. We live in Texarkana but drove here because of the reviews. We weren't disappointed. Our pizza was Hunt Brothers, and since there are 7,000 of these outlets--so the box says--this pizza was not unique to here, but it was very good. But the cheesecake... Let me tell you about the cheesecake. It was outstanding. It was rich but didn't overwhelm you after a few bites. But the flavor lingered, a long, soft slide of goodness into cheesecake heaven... ... That's it. That's all I'm saying about it. We'll be headed back soon to try the fried chicken and some other things. read more

My husband and I drove from Texarkana to eat here on the recommendation from a friend, we were very happy we did. I had the cheeseburger with onion rings and my husband had the cheeseburger with tator tots. Both were good. I loved the onion rings! One online review said the cheesecake was wonderful and we agreed! I had the BUTTER PECAN CHEESECAKE and it was delicious. I bought a 2nd piece to take to my daughter who loves cheesecake. I have never seen this flavor before!!! It was wonderful. We are taking a plain piece home to try! We plan to be back. read more

I used to love it here. Friendly service, good food. Liquor store next door also friendly. Tonite, I walked in the liquor store to make a purchase and no one even acknowledged my existence. The two women behind the counter had a very loud conversation about a co-worker who they clearly didn't like. They said "Kyle noticed". Then I went to the deli to get something. As I was standing there, a girl said that I needed to go to the cash register to place an order. Which was 3 feet away. This place has turned into the same kind of customer service that I would expect in NYC, only more redneck. Makes Texas look bad. I won't be back. read more

This grocery store has a deli serving pizza, sandwiches and other foods. Some of the sides (mac and cheese as well as potato salad) are made there. Everything we had was very good. There is an adjoining room with lots of tables. Food is served in plastic baskets with plastic utensils. read more

Traveling from Mena, AR back home to DFW. Found this place on Yelp and decided to try it. Good food for the price. A little out of the way from 30 but worth the 15 min drive. We had fried chicken with Mac and cheese/potato salad and it was crispy and not to greasy, very good. The potato salad was just how I like it with plenty of relish, definitely homemade. We also tried the chicken quesadilla, it was LOADED, the marinated chicken was wonderful and they did not skimp on the meat. Had a piece of homemade cheesecake for desert and I was very happy was had made the detour! Go try it! Yum! read more

Greatest burgers in this area!! My son & I came here for dinner tonight, and neither of us could finish our burgers because they were so big! Very delicious! The staff was friendly and quick to greet us upon walking in the door. Very clean, nice restaurant area! Bathrooms were really clean too! Pleasant music playing in the background, not too loud- just right. We will be back again for sure! I'm taking a piece of cheesecake to go, so I can't review it at the moment. But by the way it looks, it will get 5 stars as well! :) read more
