This place is giant and has something for everyone! Books, music, clothes, collectibles, you name it, they have it. My first 5 minutes inside I thought it was quite dainty, and then I turned the corner, and again, and again and it just kept going. When I needed something from a locked cabinet an employer was able to grab it for me and offered to hold onto it if I still had shopping to do. Everything is brought in by individual sellers and is priced how they want, so if you don't like the price it's the seller not the owner. read more

This was a wonderful Antique store. We were visiting from Maryland and happened by late on a Friday evening. I was impressed that they were open until 8pm as many antique stores are only open until 5. This store was neat and tidy and a pleasure to visit! Note that they have a "no large bag policy" as often things get broken or damaged due to customer's large bags. I think this is a fine policy and I completely understand the need for such a policy as they want to avoid damage to their merchandise for their vendors. If you have a large bag they will hold it for you at the front of the store until you leave. The owner and those working there were very pleasant and kind. I even found a few pieces that I have been searching for at very reasonable prices. If you are looking for Pyrex the have a large selection of old pieces here! There are 2 floors to explore. If we come back to the area in the future, we will be sure to visit again! read more

I went here with my mom this morning, and we were grabbing some things that we wanted to purchase. An employee came and took our things to take them to the front while we finished shopping. The woman ringing us out named Karen was EXTREMELY rude. We also watched her be extremely rude to other staff. She got extremely upset when she found out that I was paying for my things separately from my mom and made a huge fuss in front of other customers. All because she had to ring in the items again, which is your job?? Then we hear that she's the owner? Yeah no. We won't be returning and will be telling everyone how the owner CLEARLY doesn't care about customer service. read more

I came here with a client one day to pass some time & had a fun time. We looked around and they have a HUGE selection of wonderful things. The people there were absolutely lovely. So kind and super helpful! They had two dogs who were both very well behaved and they let us pet them. I love antique stores and will definitely be heading back again soon! read more

The store is filled with a large variety of antiques & that's the best part. However, the woman who owns the place is crude! She approached a customer at the counter& abruptly accused her of not paying the full amount with her CREDIT CARD the last time she visited the store. The customer stated she paid the full amount on the receipt in CASH. The owner then retracted her statement & then said, "Oh yah, that's right. The employee who checked you out rang it up wrong, & you need to pay the difference." The customer said she wasn't going to pay that, as she already paid in full the amount that was on her receipt. The customer went on to explain that she has been shopping there for years. The owner agreed & said that she told her employee that this customer is a good & honest person. Then the owner pressed the customer again stating she "needs" to pay the difference. Again, the customer refused to pay as she already paid the full amount that was on her receipt. That's when the owner became verbally abusive, irrational & discourteous!! She insulted the customer by calling her a thief, threatened to call the cops, told her to leave the store & not to come back, & refused to allow her to purchase her items. The entire time the costumer remained calm (I know I wouldn't have been!). As the customer left the store, like she was impolitely asked to do, the owner yelled, "I hope you can't sleep!" Frankly, if your employee made the mistakes that's NOT the customers fault! Plus, when you purchase items from this store, they remove the price tag as they ring you up & there is no way for one to check--other than what's typed on the receipt--if they over or under paid! So watch yourself if you choose to shop here!!!! read more

Be careful buying albums from booth BB340. I paid $8.98 for a used Stones album. I've bought used albums many times from many different places. Buying used, I expect some scratches and imperfections; however, for the price paid, I fully expected the album to be playable. It was not. The album had a large chunk missing from the edge and was completely cracked from the edge to the middle. I suppose I should have checked closer before buying, but I've never purchased a completely unplayable album before. Lesson learned. read more

To me, this is the only Antique shop in Delaware worth a stop. You can usually find some interesting pieces in here ranging from victorian, art deco, retro.. you name it. The building is not ginormous, but there are plenty of vendor booths to look through. I usually come out of this place with a bag in hand. I think what I enjoy about this place is that it's not overfilled with junk like many of the other places. You won't find booths crammed with VHS tapes, and beanie babies. Could this place actually pay attention to what vendors they allow to rent? *gasp* The shock of it!! The owner may come off as cold to many, but just smile and go on about your day and she will go on about hers. This is usually a stop on any of my trips to downtown delaware. The only downside is parking, but that is with most businesses in the area. read more

This place gets a 3 1/2 - 4 rating. It's better than 3, but doesn't get a 4. Prices were reasonable. Fairly large amount to see in here. Service was nice. Only draw back would be that it's not very big. A lot to see, but kinda crammed in in some areas. It's def worth a walk around. read more

Delaware Antique Mall - Antiques Near Me - Delaware, Ohio

Tiffany C should take note of the plentiful parking right behind the store. This is a great place. It's a little more upscale than DPS antiques across the road, but most of the prices are just too high. Even so, the prices here are still lower than those at Sandusky Street antiques up the road, which apparently thinks it's located in Paris and not Delanowhere, Ohio. There is a decent variety of merchandise here, and lots of it. The store is well lit and climate controlled. The owner is friendly and outgoing. It's certainly worth a visit or five. read more

I really enjoy this antique mall! I think the prices are reasonable! Antique malls are places that you should only visit a few times every couple months, since the inventory can change at a slow rate. If you're in the vicinity, give this place a shot! read more

Lots of different vendors in this large store so the selection is plentiful. No one particular era over another but leans more toward pre-modern century wares. Everyone there is very nice but my only issue is they don't come down on prices under $20. C'mon now...cutta gal a deal! read more

The antique mall is under new ownership in late 2014. Many of the same dealers, but some new ones too. Including yours truly. Lots of new events, and longer hours - so the place is busy all the time. A great place to find something you can't live without while waiting for dinner at one of the new PACKED restaurants. read more
