Interior was in very good shape for the age, but being naive I decided not to get an inspection. In fact Mr. Atkins talked me out of getting one. I specifically asked about the age of the tires and he said they mounting backwards and he couldn't see the date, but he thought they were from 2013. They were in fact from 1999. It's a miracle I made it home without a blowout. Pulled off the lot and my driver side windshield wiper doesn't work. I go back and they spend about 2-3 hours fixing it and it breaks 100 miles down the road in the middle of a rain storm. I asked about the condition of the roof, and he said they seal the roof on every used rv that comes thru before the sell it. This was a bold faced lie, as it was clear once I knew enough about it that the roof had not been recently sealed. I began to have major roof leaks, and it was an rv tech that noticed that the entire front half of the roof was rotten, and on the verge of caving in.
