Zee said she could duplicate the cake I showed her very close to the pic. She also stated for 25$ extra she could use glow in the dark frosting. So after picking up the cake late because her oven broke it started to sink and lean . I called her rite away but her phone was also broke so I couldn't contact her. The next morning the cake was worse. Bottom layer was collapsed in and cake was sad looking leaning forward and fondant falling off everywhere . I called her over 20 times, text , emailed and no response. Oh and still this cake never glowed at all. Now party is started and we have this mess of a cake that's leaning and completely falling apart. Party started at 3. At 4:15 or so zee finally returns my call . She states she can fix it now. Ummmm the party has started and 20 + guest are here. She then has the audacity to say it was broken during transport. If that's the case I guess driving 20 mph and holding the box did a hell of a job. Said she would refund fir the glow or lack of i should say. And refund for the damage.
