My son was happy with his chicken pesto though he commented that it could've used a more generous application of the pesto. I kinda suffered from order regret. I chose the Turkey & Brie. The moment I unwrapped it, I was overwhelmed by the onion smell. Even after removing some of the onion, its presence lingered. My bad, I ordered it after all. The turkey and Brie comes with apple slices, and two kinds of mustard - a honey mustard and stone ground mustard. The honey mustard is what caught my eye. While I realize stone ground mustard is tangier, this sandwich was overcome by the strength of the onion and stone ground mustard. You don't even notice the apple and Brie. Just an overall miss for me. Last, if you happen to be dining in, you can use a bathroom (with a code) but it's a block away in a parking garage. I'm not down in Boulder super often, but I'm likely to skip a return visit. If I were to return, I'd try the chickpea and avocado sandwich instead and hope for better luck.

This is one of the best sandwich places Denver or Boulder, and this one blows away the Denver location. The guys that works there know what's up, They have far more choices than the Denver one and everything I have tried is great. This is my stop after squash, and since it's right next to rally sport it is the obvious choice. read more

Deli on Valmont is the best location by far. I have been there and heard other customers, local, customers talk about driving hours for their sandwichs. And it is GOOD food with deals. Every day all week on special sub's. I love their meat ball subs and the energy is So positive!!!! read more
