This places oozes hospitality and friendliness and good vibes. Sitting pretty on Pearl Street, Lindsey's has been sitting pretty for two decades serving the community. And they do a damn good job of it! The cool thing is that it's a sandwich shop AND a Häagen Dazs ice cream store rolled up into one. Has to be one of the only places in the country of its kind! Savory or sweet, you'll find something you love here. The menu boasts sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast, kids meals, and of course the full Häagen Dazs menu. Italian Stallion // ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette, yellow mustard & mayo on marbled rye. The Italian American favorite. All the salty and tangy notes were hit. I don't love the bread choice personally, but to each their own! I just think it would've been even more flavorful on the Ciabatta roll. Now I'm a little biased because I grew up in the Häagen Dazs world. My family owned two shops until I was 18! They have some unique flavors on hand that I haven't seen in store or other brick and mortars. I loved the selection they have on site here. Plus, the employees will happily sample whatever flavor you want to try! Huge store with lots of space to sit. Easy ordering process for either the deli or the ice cream. And seriously, some of the most friendly employees I've seen in a hot minute. For something quick and on the go, Lindsay's Boulder Deli gets my stamp of approval. What a great spot on Pearl Street! Walked in to a very warm welcome from Lindsay herself with a few samples of their made fresh daily soups and recommendations of what to order off the menu, which we both went with. Ordered the sandwich and soup combo with the chicken salad and the tomato basil soup. Also had the 1/4 lb Italian and the white bean chicken chili. Everything was packed with flavor. The chicken salad has huge chucks of chicken and some nice crispy bacon. Italian was zesty and tasted perfect with the rye bread. Music was playing, open seating area with a grab a go case for drinks, sides and sandwiches. You can also get ice cream, shakes and other sweets. Lindsay was very helpful and active with her staff and customers- great customer service experience! We will return! read more

I love a local sandwich spot and Lindsay's is a real gem in Boulder. I'll admit I was skeptical at first seeing that it's a sandwich place and also a Häagen-Dazs, but I was quickly swayed and am now a believer. The "That's What She Said" might just be my new favorite lunch sandwich and I would happily brave the pedestrians on Pearl Street to get it. Turkey, bacon, cheddar, swiss, apples, red onion, arugula, mayo & chipotle - say less! Such a good combo and is great every. single. time. Just like a well-timed Michael Scott joke, this place hits. We stumbled across this place looking for ice cream and lunch and couldn't have been happier that we found it. From the friendly service to the scrumptious soups and sandwiches and the unlimited samples of ice cream as you decide on your flavor, this is an incredible place to stop for lunch and/or ice cream. We were welcomed by Lindsay the owner with tasters of a few of their soups which immediately sold us on buying some and she impressed us with her prompt and personable service. Food didn't take long to come out at all even though there was a decent amount of people there and I thoroughly enjoyed my grilled cheese as well as the bites I tried of the broccoli cheddar soup, sweet potato curry, and caprese sandwich. After ordering food with Lindsay, you get $1 off your ice cream so keep that in mind! The haagen dazs ice cream was also delicious though definitely expensive but not skimpy on the servings. Overall this place had so many sandwich, soup and ice cream options with a variety of dietary restriction options available. We were visiting Boulder and stopped in here because of its fabulous location on Pearl Street and anytime there is a deli we have to go! We were greeted by the lovely Lindsay herself who you can tell pours her heart and soul in to this restaurant. I asked her how the tuna melt was and she suggested it be served with the rye. Lindsay's Boulder Deli was a perfect Pearl Street stop after a long hike in the flat irons. Lindsay herself greeted us as soon as we walked in, providing excellent (and funny) service. She instantly sold us on the soup by providing samples. Here's what the group ordered: Sweet potato curry soup Chicken Tortilla soup (on the spicy side, but delicious) Broccoli cheddar soup Grilled cheese Of course, we had to finish it off with some delicious ice cream from Haagen Dazs, where the excellent service continued. A very fun and large variety of sandwiches and soups to choose from. For example my daughter got the "that's what she said" sandwich with turkey, arugula, bacon, mayo, pickle and some other stuff in it as the 1/2 sandwich and soup deal with a chicken curry soup. I got the matza ball with grilled cheese but even thought the wall menu says you can get a half grilled cheese with soup a few times they didn't let me order that so I had to get a full sandwich with the soup which was disappointing. Only one small matza ball - a bit oily on the broth in the soup - a ton of carrots in it...and the grilled cheese was ok. Fun to visit once but a bit pricey for what you get - Panera sadly is a way more budget friendly options. The location is great for window shopping. read more

Located on pearl street, I ordered one of their deli sandwiches and it was perfect. The ingredients were fresh and delicious- maybe a bit light on "stuff" but I'll take quality or quantity anytime and it was sufficient. Super clean place with seating outside and inside. And the tomato roasted red pepper soup was appropriately lightly spicy but unexpectedly easy on my acid reflux. My zoomer daughter loved the music selection: Car Seat Headrest. Hands down best soups and sandwiches here, they know how to stack up a sandwich, definitely worth the price! Ambiance is amazing as well! I would say the service isn't awesome the last couple of times I've come here. I often find myself peering in to see if the manager is working since her friendly service makes it worth it to come in for a bite. Last couple times I've come here haven't been great though, I often ask for overstuffed sandwiches but they're the normal amount of filling. I'm really not one to complain but the last time I came here really pushed me over the edge, when I asked the cashier if they could fix it she gave me a really odd look of what I assume is annoyance and took back the food, it was fixed which was nice but the interaction really threw me off. Coupled with them up charging ( sandwich was listed as 14.99 and I was charged 16.99 for the sandwich alone no tax) and not keeping the prices on the chalkboard accurate it's been a hard sell to get me to come back, which is unfortunate because I absolutely adore this place. This place in my opinion is the best place to get a bagel sandwich in Boulder. I'm a pretty big fan of most of their sandwiches here, everything tastes great. I also really how obscure it is that this place has both a deli and ice cream/milkshake area. The ambiance here isn't anything crazy but it's very nice and some of the chairs are pretty cool. The service here are typically extremely friendly and kind individuals who are hard working. My only complaint is that the pricing is a bit high, especially for the amount of food you receive, still worth it though. read more

They have a huge selection, fast service, and everything is super fresh. It's a great choice if you're downtown. They can get a little crowded, so go off hours if you can. read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars mainly because the coffee and ice cream were decent. But here's the thing: when customers walk into a café, we're not just paying for food and drinks--we're also paying for the experience, and unfortunately, this spot really missed the mark. Right from the entrance, the place looked poorly maintained. Tables were dirty, and there was even water leaking from the ceiling, which is honestly unacceptable for a business serving food and drinks. What really ruined the experience, though, was the service. The girl taking my order at the coffee counter looked like she couldn't care less about being there. I'm fluent in English--almost like a native speaker--but she spoke so fast I missed part of what she said. When I asked her to repeat it, she gave me a really unpleasant look, like I was bothering her. Look, I work in the same industry--I get that we all have bad days. But if you're going to treat customers with that kind of attitude, don't expect tips. Respect goes both ways. Would I come back to this place? Absolutely not--there are definitely better options in Boulder. Would I recommend it? No. Go at your own risk. read more

mmmmm! stopped by for a quick bite and was 10/10! I went for the Crosswalk. LOVED IT. as it was the day of boulder boulder, it defiantly was a wait of about 20 minutes. If you're looking for something quicker, they do have premade sandwiches in the cooler. Service was fine, got it to go so not a ton of interaction. got a cup of chill and it was a little lukewarm but it tasted great. it's gluten free as well. also got a TSA on gluten free bread, toasted. i thought the sandwich was one of the better gluten free ones i've found in the boulder area. i felt that the bread was a little stale but it's hard to tell with gluten free bread. i did really appreciate the size and the up charge was $1.5 and i thought that was valid for the size. sometimes places can charge $3-4 for gluten free which can be unfortunate for people who don't have a choice. the manager was kind and the workers were great. food didn't take long either. would totally come back to try some other sandwiches! read more

Great lunch spot with tasty soups, sandwiches, salads, coffee, and ice cream! The only thing I didn't try was, regrettably, the ice cream. Everything else was terrific! I had a veggie sandwich with a bowl of sweet potato curry soup and small side garden salad. Afterward, I took an oat milk latte to go as I departed for the rocky mountains. The sandwich was good and garden salad pretty standard, but with an excellent house made ranch dressing. The true star of the show was the sweet potato curry soup! OMG YUM! I was only in town for 2 hours while passing through, but if I lived here, I'd be tempted to get this soup every single day. If I had the recipe, I'd make vats of this at home.
