I've had their food for parties many many many times and it is always amazing, fresh and delicious! The food and the desserts are amazing. From the chicken and empanadas to the Tres leche and flan are my favorite! the only restaurant I trust to cater any type of event that I host. I have done a full spread of pernil, chicken, rice beans etc to even picking up empanadas for tailgating, the kids are huge fans. They have never once in the years as a customer disappointed, or ever been off in their flavor, freshness. In house dining is even better. bakery and breads are next level. I used to go there mainly for the baked good. I can't complain about the food. What messing things up is the service. Last time I was there, I waited for someone for over 30min. They just kept walking by me. No hello. No eye contact. No "I'll be there in a minute". Nothing. Rude. Rude. Super rude. They dont deserve my money. Haven't been back since. Horrible experience. My family and i went in for some empanadas to fuel us for a long drive. The lady serving us had a bad attitude the moment we went in, without even giving us a greeting she looked at us completely annoyed. When we asked for 4 empanadas, she asked if it was to stay or to go and when we said to stay she got more annoyed and said they were going to close soon. They don't close for another 45minutes. I would understand if we came 15 minutes before closing but 45?? Anyways, if the owner reads this, this worker immediately made you lose 6 customers. I've never been more disappointed in a cake in my life. We payed extra for a tres leche cake, and they forgot the leche. That would be forgiven as a mistake if it wasn't for the horrible service that we received returning the cake. First they ruined the cake, then they had the audacity to talk down to us as if we didn't know what a tres leches cake was. I would give it no stars if I could. read more

Terrible service. There's a waitress that is there most of the time, she's extremely rude and doesn't even greet the customers as they come in. We asked for a table and she said we could not sit down to eat, even though there were 4 tables available (one which was being occupied by a couple). I called multiple times to speak to the manager, and they kept hanging up on me. Once I was able to reach to the manager, he rushed me off the phone, and did not even care to take action. Customers should be treated respectfully in a place like this, but these people are just careless. Prices are too high, food always tastes like it's from the day prior, and the bathrooms are not clean, and don't even have toilet paper. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more

So good!! Best empanadas!! Usually get skirt steak with shrimp. All the workers are very nice and quick service.

The bakery section has pandebono, bunuelos and breads that are so good when hot and fresh. The menu plates are good but as a Colombian, not as authentic. The best is the bandeja with steak, rice, beans, chicharron, fried egg and arepita. The dining area is cute with a feel like being in a Colombian village. Not bad since it is the only Colombian place in the western Suffolk area. read more

Nasty girl with a major attitude. Says you can substitute side orders and they didnt understand what I wanted in Spanish or English. They try to push a Pollo Hondureño on you. Pricey. I simply wanted chicken and plantains. And when I changed the order which had not been prepared same girl said next time they cant change it once they ring it up. NASTY. Come to find out once I looked through their menu they had chicken for way less but did not suggest it. Place wasnt packed. Well today I decided to buy empanadas for my kids today so I called and order 10 chicken and 5 beef and bought other stuff too , when I get home the kids open the bags and say mom there is a only 10 , I was like what make sure and they do and say mom it's only 10 so I called them back tell them what happen a woman picks up the phone and she goes and says I counted them and there where 15 and I said I wouldn't be calling back if there where 15 the lady was so rude and says next time I'll count them in front of you what customer service is that y would I be lying , I was so mad because of there service I will make sure to tell everyone. read more
