Food was good. We ordered the crab pad thai, fresh spring rolls, and the mango sticky rice. Loved the outdoor patio. Great service.

I decided to come back to this place a second time because I had a good experience the first time. The food was good, and the server was friendly. Upon arrival, they looked full in the indoor area in the front, but they actually had seating in the back, which is where they sat the two of us. This time I got the following: Thai Tea - This tasted as expected, so that means it was good. I told them I didn't want a straw, and they remembered! I usually keep a reusable straw on me for such occasions. Mi Krob (Special) - This dish is more of an appetizer. It was tasty and crunchy; a little sweet and a little spicy. A couple of the pieces were a bit large for small bites. Thai Basil Noodle - This was very good because of how flavorful it was. It was also slightly spicy. Since they brought the dish with chopsticks, I told them I didn't need them, so they took them away. I used reusable chopsticks that I typically keep in my purse. Massaman Curry (with beef) - This was decent, though the other dishes were better. We asked them to make it mild. The curry itself tasted good, but the main issue was that the beef was a little boring and dry. Overall, this place has delicious food (aside from the beef in the curry), so I would come again. I'm glad that they use so much reusable dishware (see Eco Notes below). Overall? Nice location with a great outdoor patio that easily ended up being the highlight of the experience. Indoor seating is pretty limited, but the space overall has a relaxed, easygoing vibe. Service was fast, efficient, and never an issue. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite keep up with the setting. Nothing terrible, just slightly disappointing across the board and lacking the kind of flavor that makes you want to come back Parking? Street parking. Manageable depending on timing I had: Pumpkin Curry (3.5/5): This looked far better than it tasted. Presentation was solid, vibrant colors, nicely plated, the kind of dish that makes you optimistic when it hits the table. But the flavor never really followed through. The sauce felt flat and thinner than it should've been, lacking the depth and richness that makes a pumpkin curry memorable. There also wasn't enough actual pumpkin, which feels like a weird miss for a pumpkin curry. I did appreciate that it came with rice on the side, which helped round the dish out a bit. Tucked away in between a few other restaurants, you can find Delicious Thai Kitchen with beautiful artificial floral decor hanging from the top outside. The inside of the restaurant is a bit small and smelled a bit like cleaning supplies. One table had the restaurant's business papers and laptop on it. There are outside seats near the entrance. Restroom was clean. I dined in with my husband and we had the Thai tea, Thai coffee, khao soi with chicken, and massaman curry with brown rice. We were mistakenly given white rice initially but I reminded the waitress we ordered brown rice and she corrected it. The food was delicious with beautiful presentation. I liked how the khao soi with chicken had two big drumsticks. The chicken was fall off the bone tender. The massaman curry with tofu had cucumber and carrots. I don't think it had any whole peanuts like I've had in other curries. Both coconut milk-based dishes were outstanding with balanced and rich with flavor. Drinks were also nice and sweet with the perfect amount of sugar and cream. Based on the items we tried, the cooking is really good here and I would order the same items or try more if I come back. I can't believe I haven't been here sooner. My son and I went here for lunch. We sat in their beautiful outdoor courtyard with our 2 dogs. Although right off College Avenue it felt very peaceful. My 8yr old had their kids garlic noodles and I had their crab meat pad Thai. Both were fantastic, fresh ingredients, my crab pad Thai had plenty of crab meat. My son's garlic noodles were simple but delicious perfect for my picky eater. I look forward to coming back for an evening meal to eat under the lights at Delicious Thai Kitchen. read more

Was looking for a new Thai place around Oakland and this one caught my eye just the ambiance alone and looked at their menu. Food taste amazing even looks with overall presentation touch of flower on top . The drunken mama was fresh and quite easy to eat and a surprisingly light flavors for Thai cuisine. The Pad Thai I always get when I go to a new Thai place given it's a staple Thai dish . This one is a little different has more of a tomato base flavor which I don't mind but I prefer the ones made of more tamarin base. The crispy wings was nice the pot stickers was good as well but a bit overpriced . I had just enough time to grab a quick lunch Wow I wish they were in San Francisco but I guess they're only 27 minutes across the bridge but I will definitely be back All I can say is the way that they cook their zucchini is divine. You would think you were eating an incredible mushroom or protein super great flavor flavors on the noodles as well. What a great experience! The staff was all smiles and offered a cheerful greeting, even as they were cooking! We ordered the Fried Chicken Salad, Green curry w/ chicken, and Seafood Drunken Noodles. It was solid Thai fare with amazing flavors and the noodles were excellent. There is a little sweetness to the curry and noodles which may not be for everyone but I thought it helped to balance the heat a little. The service overall was exceptional. Delicious Thai Kitchen features a beautiful leaf-shaded patio right off busy College Ave. The menu features a selection of Thai dishes, and we started with the Lao Papaya Salad, a crunchy, juicy mixture of shredded papaya, green beans, tomatoes, peanuts, and salted crab in a fermented fish dressing; and Larb, made of minced chicken mixed with cilantro, mint, scallions, toasted rice powder, and chili-lime dressing. Both of these were tasty starters, but I was most interested in trying their signature Khao Soi, made of egg noodles in a spiced curry soup, topped with pickled cabbage, red onions, lime, two braised chicken drumsticks, and crispy noodles for a crunchy texture. While the flavor of the curry broth and toppings were on point, the egg noodles were soggy and overcooked. Amazing food, very flavorful. The portions are big as well. I went with my cousin and we shared a pad thai with a side of fried chicken. In total it was 30 dollars! We were full with togo boxes as well. Not only was the food good, but the service was very welcoming and kind. They always checked up on us and they complimented us every step to the table! Our family *loves* Thai food and this spot is in competition for our #1 spot in California and they're brand new! We came in after a recommendation from our neighbors. The ambiance is lovely--they have several seating locations with an outdoor patio, inside (closer to the front), and a beautifully decorated back area. It is spacious for families and they have an easy access bathroom (which is so helpful with little kiddos). We got 3 things--a Thai tea, the pork belly bowl, and massaman curry with stewed beef. Listen, the food WAS DELICIOUS!! Even our pickiest small eater devoured the pork belly and loved the brown rice and veggies that came with the curry.
