Excellent quality with reasonable prices. It is a clean salon & all staff are very professional and kind. I had a great experience getting a full set while my friend enjoyed a manicure.

I think this photo needs no explanation... Pretty pissed as these were supposed to be my prom nails.

Worst nail shop I was ever at called made an appointment for two people got there with my handicap. Mother kept me waiting got me confused with somebody else that came in the shop after me that was not with me and the way they treat the other person was disgraceful, left my feet in the freezing, cold, dirty bowl of water, and then decided they did not want to do me and me and my mother had to leave. I'm not from here I'm from California maybe this is how they run business in Arizona I'm not sure, but I will never return.

I have debated all evening about updating this review... I have been going here about every 2 weeks since my last review. I switched to dip on the owner's recommendation and have not been upset. Kaylee is still my prefered nail tech. Here is the issue, I went in 3 days ago for a main/pedi. They did not have the color I wanted in dip so I chose gel. Mind you prior to dip I have had gel for yeeeaaars. This gel manicure was layered very thin. Didn't think much because I trusted. Well 2 days in it chipped and started peeling. Today, day 3, I went back in and advised what happened and chose a gel color. When I went to pay, I figured I would owe something but perhaps get a discount I was told no, full price. I was told, "it is like cooking the same meal. Use same ingredients but meal never turns out the same." What the actual??? Really? You provide a service and do not expect a quality result? Every time? I am not sure if this is a buisiness gouge? Like once someone goes dip give them a crappy gel so they stay dip? As much as I love Kaylee's gel I am reconsidering giving my money to this place.

Today I spent $84 at this nail salon, and I will never go back! The guy rudely told us when we walked in, "Pick color." I took my daughter and we got pedis that were supposed to come with "double exfoliation and massage". We were both in and out in 30 minutes! When the lady at checkout asked how it was, I was honest with her and also let her know my daughter's big toes weren't even and although she said they could fix it, she didn't offer any type of explanation as to why we got what seemed like the express pedi. This was at about 5 PM and it was not busy at all. After leaving, I was still upset and called and was told, "We always greet our guests, and that she could do nothing for me unless I wanted to come back." Sorry, but with nail salons on every corner, customer service should be a bigger priority!!! (see pics)

I've been coming here since 2013. They do a great job and it's very clean. The hot stone massage is awesome! Vu is the manager and he always makes sure everyone feels special! I've never made an appointment here because I never know when I'm going to get a mani/pedi, and yet they always squeeze me in!

Van is awesome. I never leave disappointed with her skill set. It's recommended you make an appointment in advanced. She is off on Thursdays 3/7/19 Stop going there because they're customer service went down. No matter if you set an appt you're still waiting. (Happen several times) They also became rude, like I was an inconvenience to them.

I will never go back to this salon again. I spent 3.5 hours at this salon for a pedicure and powder with tips. The 3.5 hours was all spent on my nails, not a minute spent waiting for a nail tech which was nice but 3.5 hours on nails that turned out bad? The pedicure was fine and the young man who did then was very sweet. However, my big toe chipped not even a day after the pedicure. Pedicure took about 30 minutes for $28. Now about the manicure that was $50. I wanted powder with tips as the salon recommended I get that instead of acrylics since it's less damaging as I am trying to grow my nails out. They told me it would only take 45 minutes as I needed to be somewhere after. Too bad I was late to my plans because it took them 3 hours to do my nails! In the photos you can see how thick the nails are. They are also patchy, grainy, and some have pieces of fuzz. I also had to scrap off a bunch of residue they left around my nails on my skin which I did before I took the photos. Lastly they also left residue under my nails as well. An older man did my nails and he was kind of rude whenever I told him the shape was off or that the tips were crooked. During the manicure I thought maybe they'd look good at the end and to trust the process. When he finished, the nails were extremely patchy and there was no gloss to them. Some of the tips were crooked and not smooth. When I went to pay, a tech named Jennie asked how my service was. I showed her my nails and she immediately wanted to fix them. I want to give one star just because Jennie did stay after closing to try and save my nails. She did make them look better but they are still pretty awful. Since the color was so patchy she had to put more coats on but it made the nail so thick. It looks like I just bought some from the store and glued them on myself. Don't ever come here if you want a manicure. The end results and amount of time it took them is 100% not worth you time or money.

Well that certainly was delightful! I'm really impressed with this place. Very professional and great customer service. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and offered a bottled water. Fantastic! I've never been offered a drink at a nail salon. The guy that greeted me escorted me to the chair and introduced me my tech, Lucy. The place is so CLEAN. All the techs wear gloves while doing pedicures and they immediately clean the tubs out after every patron. I watched them do it every single time after every person while I was there. What a relief! The atmosphere is just different than your typical nail salon. Everyone seems like good friends. It doesn't feel like anyone is talking crap about you in another language (you know what I'm talking about). Best pedicure I've had for the price. Hot stone massage included with a basic pedi! Mani was excellent as well. Very thorough. So relaxing. $5 upcharge for callous removal must be a new thing as it happened to me at another nail place and I wasn't happy about it. The prices are so reasonable for the quality of service. For a basic pedi/mani combo is $34. Well worth it. I will definitely be back! read more

I have to say, I've been here plenty of times. I always gets my nails done here and always have a pleasant time for the guy who does my nails. I actually tried the coffin shaped nails this time and went out of my comfort zone and absolutely love them! Although, I do also come here for pedis. Most of the time they are great but the last two times have been horrific. Both times with different girls, but let me say I can hardly walk right now on my feet. The girl went really hard on the callus remover even though I didn't have that much and now I can hardly walk. Also, the hot wax and hot stones were way too hot and felt like they were burning my skin the whole time that it wasn't even relaxing... I think I'm done coming to this salon. I don't think it's worth the fact that I was in pain all today at work and now at 5am I'm up because my feet are in pain. :-( sorry read more

After reading reviews on yelp I decided to go get a pedicure with my fiance here. The lady cutting my nails proceeded to try and rip the sides of my nail out of the flesh. After I made her stop she proceeded to cut the sides of my nails diagonally, rounding the corners. Thanks to this place my fiance and I both have ingrown toenails. read more

They are quite busy on Sundays, just FYI. I went immediately when they opened and I was about the 5th person already being seated for some work. The older gal that did my nails (I didn't get her name, shame dsk guy was humorous and friendly (they're usually not, especially the males at the asian nail salons I've been to). i do plan on going again next time my feet are needing some TLC :) read more

I am a loyal patron - been going to my the same nail salon for over 8 years in Oro Valley, AZ even though I moved to Chandler 15 months ago. I hesitate going anywhere new with regard to anything that could possibly mess with my vanity. Yesterday, I went to Delightful Nails and had Treena do a pink & white back fill -- which if anyone knows is a chore - especially on a set you didn't start. I will say this: my nails look GREAT, she was meticulous in every detail, she took her time ensuring I was happy, and my cuticles weren't sore afterward. I am very happy. I think I found a new place for me - finally - and look forward to my first pedicure (after the cut on my toe heals). So far, they definitely deserve the high ratings. :) Riiiiight - so I accidentally logged in to my dad's account for this post. Not that the man couldn't use a manicure every now and then, but this is definitely not a post from him. read more

Really impressed with my visit and Larry did a fantastic job! I got the regular manicure and pedicure but it was anything but regular...totally beyond my expectations. I can't wait to return and try the luxury pedicure and be spoiled. Compared to other nail salons...the price is totally reasonable and on the lower end. If you are looking for a new nail salon where the people are kind and treat you with respect and will call you by your name. This is your place :) read more

Never been here before and am looking for a good place to go. The guy who did my nails "Nick" was rough (hurt me a few times) and didn't seem like he cares to do a good job. I asked for Coffin nails and they don't all look the same shape. They're crooked on top of not being same shape. When I told him he blamed the way my fingernail grows. Ummm if that's the car why have I never had any nail place do my nails crooked! It was my first and last time coming here. read more

I was a little skeptical to find a new nail salon after going to the same one for so many years but I moved to the other side of the valley so it was a must. Delightful nails has definitely made the cut to be called my new nail salon. Van did my fill and pedi and she was great. My nails look awesome, the hot stone massage was fabulous, and everyone was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to go to! read more

This place is fine for pedicures only. I come in with my son once a month for that particular service and have no complaints. However, As a licensed cosmetologist I believe it is customary and appropriate to fix a mistake made within reasonable time. I get my nails done every two weeks, I noticed at my last fill, the nail technician simply super glued a crack in my nail together. A week later, my entire nail broke off. I come in to have in repaired, and not only did they charge me for a "repair" (which I was also charged for her to super glue the crack in my nail) but I was charged to $5 just to file my nails in addition to my fill (which I really didn't need having my nails done only a week before)!! All in all, this place is very average. If you are okay paying for overpriced average quality nails, this may suit you but be prepared to pay secret up charges that should technically be included in the service itself. read more

I recently brought my adult daughter with me to have a mani-pedi at Delightful Nails. I read numerous reviews of nearby nail salons and tried to figure out which place would fit our needs best. I want a clean salon, friendly and not high cost either. I could not be happier with our choice. Thanks to yelpers I think we have found a wonderful place to be pampered. Even though they were short staffed that day, they allowed us to come a little late due to our car troubles! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The shop was clean and well lighted and appointed. The spa chairs were beautiful and put us right at ease. We were offered cold water to sip, which is always appreciated in the desert! The most surprising part about our visit was that quite a few of the nail artists were men, including the 2 that worked with my daughter and I. Maybe it is common here in AZ, but we are new here, so I'm not sure. Another nice surprise was how long the massage part of the pedicure lasted!! Very nice! There were several "regulars" having their nails done at the same time. By the lively conversations around us it was easy to see that the salon staff took a real interest in their clients, enough that they could easily joke back and forth. The finished product was spectacular and we were very relaxed and happy by the time we left. Thank you yelpers for the helpful reviews and thank you Delightful Nails for the great service!! I went in today to get a mani pedi at 3:30 when I arrived they asked me to pick out a color and they seated me in the chair however an hour later I was still not helped when I first came in they did not tell me that it was going to be an hour wait they should tell customers if it is going to be over half an hour wait there was still one person in front of me and I was nowhere close to getting started I am extremely disappointed and I will not be back read more

I went to Delightful nails for the first time and the owner/manager who greeted me was very friendly. So was my nail tech Vee- she picked the best kind of sparkly gel polish I was looking for! Perfect match- Hologram glitter was so pretty!! Definitely ask for this polish if you like glittery bling nails :) Vee did a great job and seemed fairly meticulous. As of now, I will be back again.. unless they start to peel before 2 weeks. In which case, the manager already told me if that were to happen within the first week, I could definitely stop in and get it fixed with no charge! read more

This is my second time going there having just recently moved here permanently and I must say that both times I left completely satisfied and happy about the work they did. I was very picky when looking for a nail salon to repeatedly go back to. I went to numerous places before stumbling upon Delightful Nails. I absolutely LOVE this salon. I have gotten full sets, gel manicures, and pedicures here. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their services. The staff is very, very friendly and always remember my name when I come in. Also, I never made an appointment and never been disappointed with the wait time. Their color choice, both gel and regular polish, is great. I can always find the color I have in mind. New to Arizona and nervous about finding a new nail person. i found Delightful nails by the Yelp app. I made an appointment and got in for a pedicure and full set of nails within an hour. Chinh was my manicurist. he gave me one of the best Luxury pedicures and a great set of nails. I will continue to go back to Chinh, he made my hands and feet feel so much better. Update! I called and explained that I didn't like my nails, came in, I was greeted immediately and sat down to have them redone. Absolutely no fuss or stares, just great customer service. I'm so happy that a little communication was all it took. The owner showed my nails to the worker who didn't do a very good job and the man was very responsive & apologetic. My nails look GORGEOUS! This is why I love Delightful Nails & only deducted one star, and they earned it back in no time! See you in 2 weeks! read more

I'm new to this area and looked this place up on Yelp, they had good reviews so I just walked right in on a Monday afternoon. They were friendly from the start and Donny did the best job on my acrylic nails than I've ever had done before. He was extremely understanding, patient and very kind. He took his time with my nails and was very gentle, where as most places just hurry hurry and sometimes it hurts my fingers. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he was up for the challenge... He by far exceeded my expectations. I've never asked a nail tech try something is extensive before, I will definitely be back! Thanks Donny for my beautiful nails :) read more

I come here twice a week and always have great service. This is the best salon in town, it's always busy but the owner does a great job managing the traffic and the service aspect of the business. The pricing is consistent and fair. They have a large staff to accommodate the traffic flow and I've been happy with all the technicians, Jenny however does the best job with hand nail work. I am very picky about overall service/result and have always been satisfied here. read more

Still amazing. Superb service. Just had a pedicure with Bill and it was so great. Massage was so relaxing and he even hit some pressure points and got knuckles into the bottom of my foot - awesome. Will continue to come here. Great place to take your mom for Mother's Day or her birthday - this place is very well maintained, clean, friendly, accommodating. Love! read more

Just moved nearby and gave them a try. The customer next to me finished her pedicure a few minutes after mine started. I watched them meticulously clean the chair. My pedicure was great. I brought my 5 y-I daughter and she had a mani-pedi and was treated like a princess. All-in-all it was a great experience and I will return. read more

I was visiting my brother for a week from Los Angeles and wasn't sure where to go to get a good mani/pedi. I yelped places near his house and this was the closest and also had some good reviews. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly faces and voices :-) I sat down for my pedi (first time in 6 months as I had broken 2 bones in my foot earlier in the year and was too nervous to get one done) but Tina was so gentle and I can honestly say this is the BEST pedicure I'VE EVER HAD!!! I just got the basic pedi so I can't imagine what the luxury pedicure would be like...WOW. I wish I could go back today but everytime I visit my brother you can find me at this salon. read more

Worst manicure I ever received. Gina dremmeled my cuticles instead of using cream and a tool and now I have these unsightly indents that will make my nails vulnerable to breakage. She also used the most severe file on my nails that left them roughed up & snagging everything. Only two coats of polish were used and I could see through it. She rushed through the process so she could attend more customers. Her greed has cost her company not only my business but my daughter's and our friends. I wanted my nails done for my nephew's funeral services in California and it looked like a 5 yr old did it. Absolutely the worst & damaging manicure ever. read more

Stop having us put our shoes on right away after a pedicure. My big toe got messed up because it wasn't dry. Even when they put the shoes on for us it gets messed up. Wait until our nails dry to make us put our shoes on. read more

So I actually wanted the ring finger AND middle finger both with the marble look which I did tell her but... we both forgot (lol) I still love it though she really took her time with shaping which I appreciate because so far the nail spots I've been too out here just weren't doing it. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 stars was because.. Sad to say goodbye to my favorite nail shop but I had an experience today that warrants me not to return. I got cut. That alone is not a big deal as I know it happens. It's what happened after that had me worried. My gal got her instruments from her cart so my thought is she used them on the person before me. They went right back into her cart which means they will be used on the next person too. Maybe she'll clean them but I'm thinking not. To stop the bleeding she grabs a bottle of something that was readily available. Stopped it instantly and when I left my finger looked fine (which is why I did not mention it to management). After a few hours I looked down and saw a big gash that started bleeding again. Not good. It took a good week to heal. I'm going to upload a photo to show what it looked like a few hours after I left. So bummed. read more

I've been going to Karen for many years! Karen and her Husband own Delightful Nails.. I am sad to say the I had been going to another shop closer to home, but everytime I went I was so disappointed! I cannot believe I stayed away so long! ( Oh Karen, I have missed you and your staff!) Karen and her staff are Fabulous! She is very particular about her service and the service that her customers recieve! Today I had a Gel Mani and pedi by Larry! Wonderful, relaxful, and I loved the pressure points he used on my feet! I want to try a nails place I saw delightful nail when I went to fry's so I went in to try it out I had bad service I want to get a full/set the guy his name was VU seat me down on the chairs and move aruond like I'm playin music chairs the woman Kim did my nails in a rush she got me out the shop in 20 min full/set and it's soo ugly I can't believe I had to pay $35 for it . On top of that I ask the Vu can u fix my nails he say if he give to sum1 to fix it I have to pay more moneys to get it fix so I just left and shop pay and unhappy wit my nails . The woman talk so much she just won't shut up u go there to relax not to hear her talk omg .. The guy is so rude vu he don't talk nice to u I will never be back thee again ..! this is the last place i want to get my nails done the owner Karen think she know everthing about nails but she don"t ..i'm not happy goin in there the tech talk in there language bout you and so loud delightful nails dont know how to do nails they just want to rip you off .me and my friends go in get our pedi done all they want is to do VIP pedi when you say no they start to talk in there language.so dont waste your money goin to delightful nails .is a bad place to to get ur pedi and nails done. they done even clean they tools when they done wit your pedi its so nasty all they do is put in the blue bag abd reused it again.i recommend dont go to delightful nails .i will never go there again !! bad choice .. read more

I had a horrible experience at delightful nails I went for a pedicure & Manicure Kim is the lady did my pedicure and I got deluxe ped I got both done. The ped it's only 20 min for she was rushing my ped so she can do another ped for sum other custom and she told me is the best in delightful nails omg I can't believe I spend moneys for nutting and I don't know if I say something to get Kim mad but she didn't seem to be happy to do my gel manicure I didn't like the vibe between me and Kim cuz she didn't seem happy ..she have that face like ( omg I have to do her nails ) that your job hello ... for his birthday today I treated my husband to his first ever pedicure.i am so happy I chose Delightful Nails . It was a most pleasant experience from the first gentleman who greeted us at the door to each of the nail specialists. Husband is hooked on pedis thanks to the professional and friendly service from Natalie. Of course rather than sit idly by to wait for him I enjoyed a manicure from Sydney. She was professional ,friendly and was very particular about the details of her work. Very nice, clean and well pointed salon. We shall return. Highly recommend you try them. read more

First time at Delightful today and it was just that! It was full, however my wait was not long as enough staff to accommodate the busy afternoon. Everyone was smiling and helpful, aside from the rude customer that entered talking on her cell and continued the entire time (of which none if us wanted to hear about her personal problems) my experience was positive and I will return again, my pedicure nearly put me to sleep, lol - cant wait to go back for the eyelash service! I have noticed many one star reviews about this business and decided to check out more information with Cosmetology State Board of Arizona. I found out that this business has had many violations. They hired unlicensed nail techs , sanitations and infections. They were sanctioned by State Board of Arizona for six months. It is all public information and the owner license is 50700816. CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF. Why would you pay and RISK by these kind of practices? read more

I have been to this salon once before and the service was wonderful. I went back with my sisters for a pedicure. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and the staff was amazing!! They opened the doors to get fresh air in so that I wouldn't be breathing in the fumes, they knew where not to massage on my feet because of the risk of inducing labor. Fantastic place for a mani, pedi, AND lash extensions. The customer service was outstanding, as were the results. If you're like me, and you've been to the high-end, and the low-end salons, you know the biggest difference is the service. These people are phenomenal, focusing on keeping the client in front of them happy at all times. LOVE This nail salon! I can always swing by and they squeeze me in anytime! They do a great job! I adore their VIP pedicures and it's by far the best gel manicure I've ever had!
