Zero if I could. They misdiagnosed my vehicle and were trying to charge me way over. Took my vehicle to a different shop and they told me the correct part that needed to be fixed, charged me less, and were way quicker. Oil changes take forever. The guys are always chatting away and taking their sweet time. My car will sit out and they move so slow, 30 mins later is when I get my car. Don't go for service. Another instance, took our car said nothing was wrong. Same issue continues to happen and we take it back. Now all of a sudden something is wrong. When the same thing is happening. Charging us way too much. Get a second opinion and they're wrong again. read more

Terrible experience brining in our Jeep Wrangler. We have been coming here for years and this last trip really has us second guessing ever coming back. Had Dellen plug a tire on the jeep, the next day the tire blew up, they told us we had to buy a new one which was very suspicious in itself. we were charged $270 to have the tire replaced and rebalanced, next day drove it on the interstate and almost wrecked due to the death wobble we had from the tires not being mounted and balanced. would have been a different story if they would have just owned it but they lied, tried to hide it, then overcharged us for work we should have never had to pay for but did and still wasn't done correctly ... save yourself some money and try another dealership. read more

Worst sales experience I've had in a long time. John (salesman) had me sign a purchase agreement, send in a loan approval, copy of my license, whole none yards, to hold a vehicle until I could get there. Just to tell me afterwards that he "forgot" that he had another person with an appointment coming to look at the same vehicle. Of course he said that if they didn't buy it I would be the first to know. I would love to know what deal the other person made, because I am sure he used my signed purchase agreement to upsale them. Great customer service. I called the day before and the customer service on the phone was as great as it was in person. If you need a service, you drive up to the big garage door and drive in. Someone will greet you and ask what you are there for. The took my vehicle, looked at it and came back and told me what was wrong. I did have to wait quite some time because the service I needed was difficult. They kept me updated the entire time, even if it was just to tell me they were still working on it. Since I waited a while, I saw several customers come and go and saw the customer service was the same with everyone. There was a vending machine for snacks and drinks. They also have complimentary water and coffee. The bathroom was surprisingly clean for it bein the employee and customer bathroom. There were 3 large couches in the waiting room. read more

Worthless service department. I have 1 open warranty claim for a bad transmission.They gave me loaner vehicle for about a week only to tell me my transmission is only "kinda broken". They said it was good enough to keep driving and needed their loaner vehicle back. Been waiting for an update for that for about 6 months. I now have a motor claim pending and now the truck is inoperable. I am still waiting on them to get all the information sent to the warranty company. My Truck has been sitting behind their building for 2 months. I had to go buy another car just to get to work. Zero phone calls. Zero communication. Zero compromise. Place is full of liars. I will never do business with Dellen. I had been a long time customer for over 15 years but the last several years they have gone downhill in both sales and service. Good luck getting service to answer the phone. The last 2 deals left me upside down on the loans. I had a charger to sell that I owed 12k on the loan that was worth 8k. I contacted them to sell and they offered my 5k! I sold it to another dealer the same day for 8k! As far as service, they just tried to charge me $1005 for a tune up and 1 coil. This dealership is the worst I will not step a foot back there and I will not recommend them to anyone. We order a 2018 new jeep Grand Cherokee. I only thing I wanted was black and a big screen. The general manager order it from a different area so we waited a few days to get there.. we went to get it it was dirty a lot of extra miles on it. We talked to a woman in the service department by phone from the parking lot on 18 January 2023 and asked if someone could check the transmission oil level of our Grand Caravan, and was told they would have to drain the oil and that they couldn't do that for 2 months (In their infinite wisdom Chrysler products eliminated the transmission dipstick on most models, even though the tube is still there.) We clarified that it was only an oil check and that we would pay whatever they charged. She AGAIN said they didn't have the time to do it because it required draining the oil first. What a bunch of idiots! Also, this was a personal visit because they had NEVER previously answered service department calls over the space of three years that I've owned a Chrysler product. We also had gone there in person last year to schedule a service bulletin that was to be performed at no cost (R62 Climate Control failure, connected to our VIN) but we were told by the service rep that there would be hundreds of dollars in charges. None of the eight adults in our immediate family will ever buy another Chrysler product again. read more

Run. Don't purchase a vehicle from this place. Very awkward combative staff(sales guy was ok-doesn't work there anymore). Tried to sell me a car with a zip-tied piece of front trim(management said they weren't aware of it, but sales guy said they were). I wanted them to fix it, not lower the price and got yelled at because the manager assumed I wanted money off. When the piece came in and brought it in the service guy scolded me for coming on a Saturday, even though I had made the appointment through them. I bought an extended warranty that said it was for 84 months. It was never disclosed to me that it was 84 months from the date it was manufactured, not when I bought it. Very misleading, don't buy the warranty! read more

Express oil is not express. They don't let you call ahead and every time I come in the wait just seems way too long. They should change to allow call ahead or hire more to work in the oil change department. If you want to get your oil change plan on an afternoon of it. Also the lobby is not cool. So dress light as it is warm in there. A/C would be nice or some air circulation. Temp in this room is at 86. read more

If you have a warranty on anything , make sure you get all the details before. I was told it was covered by the warranty and no additional charge for a fix on my truck over the phone. Then when I was going to pay for it, I was told their would be a $100 deductible. Watch out for hidden fees on any work they complete. Also, the GM doesn't care about your business is what I felt. I bought a Ram new. Bad communications with sales but eventually we made a deal and the price of the truck was fair. Had a check engine light a week later for fuel sending unit. Couldn't get service at any other dealerships closer to me so I finally brought it back to them for that and a noticeable vibration. The tech ran the front wheel into the lift but he owned up to it. They are taking care of it. I need two tires, they are taking care of it to with 7k miles on. Overall, the young lady at the service department has been so nice to work with. I just wish they were a little closer to my location. I'm a little miffed at the sloppy handling of my vehicle and scratching my rim but at the same time the tech owned up right away and they are taking care of it. To me that is a huge plus. read more

They're very respectful, upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable & really know how to do their job successfully. Every time I go in, its a pleasurable experience. Audrey & Don always greet me with a friendly smile, get me right in & make me feel like I am the only customer they have. They definitely go above & beyond every time I'm there. Especially on my last 4 visits. Audrey really went above & beyond to set the bar high on giving awesome customer service! She's definitely a "keeper" and a major asset to Dellen. They don't just concentrate on the issue at hand either. The service mechanics always thoroughly inspect my whole car to better serve me. They warn/inform me of other issues they see arising in the future & do everything in their power to help me save money fixing it. If it's going to take them awhile to fix my car, they'll happily offer to give me a ride to work or wherever I want, then come back & pick me up when my car is done. They even stopped at the gas station so I could run in & grab a fountain drink before they dropped me off at my destination. You can't get any better customer service than that. They definitely strive & thrive to please a customer. I also love the express oil changes, especially the oil change specials they run periodically! On their last special, I bought 5 oil changes for $80. No expiration date & no appointment needed. You just roll in whenever you want. They'll get you in & out in no time flat. Love it! Needless to say, my 2008 Chrysler 300c (that I special ordered from Dellen 10 years ago) still runs like it's brand new! I am so blessed, thankful & grateful for! I had been taking my Dodge Grand Caravan here for 7 years until this month. I had them do a diagnostic check on my van before a spring break trip. Huge Mistake! They diagnosed some kind of manifold problem with leaky gaskets connected to engine $300. Well, guess what...two days later my van check engine light comes on and the engine starts idling roughly when starting it up for the first time each day. Take it back and they say they found a loose injector plug and supposedly fix it. Wrong! Two days later same problem. Take it back there a 3rd time and they say it needs new spark plugs and wiring. Quote me $300. I said forget it and got it done at a local mechanic for $200. Will not be taking my van to this dealership ever again! read more

My 2011 Chrysler Town and Country minivan had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I got my notice in the mail at least 10 months ago. I actually got two letters. The reason it took me so long to get this issue fixed? I couldn't get ahold of anyone in the service department at the dealership to answer my phone calls. I have made multiple, multiple attempts to reach the service department at Dellen Chrysler. I have called on different days of the week, at different times of the day. It doesn't matter. The receptionist will answer the phone and transfer my call. Then every couple of minutes, the receptionist will answer and say that she will try again. This can go on forever. They simply do not answer. I'm actually not sure that they even have phones in the service department because I have never once been able to talk to anyone in the service department on the telephone. I work full time, plus I work on-call as a nurse on nights and weekends and I have three small children. I do not have time to play this game. I happened to have a day off this week and thought it would be a perfect time to get this finally fixed but I couldn't schedule an appointment. No one would answer the phone. Finally, I got on Dellen's website and went to the "contact us" page and left my name, phone number, email address and let them know that I would be coming in on Wednesday morning for this recall. I was never contacted back. My husband took my van in this morning. He said the guy was a real *jerk (*he didn't actually say jerk, he used a stronger 4 letter word). He was rude and told my husband he wasn't sure if they even had the part that I needed. After he verified that they did indeed have the part, he told my husband that it would take 30 minutes. I also wanted to get my rearview mirror looked at because it has a light that has been blinking non-stop for months. When my husband asked about this, the guy told him that we needed to make an appointment. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else to have the rearview mirror looked at. This is very disappointing to me because Russ Dellen Chevy, just across the street, is wonderful. We have never had any problems there and they are also so nice and courteous. I can't believe they have the same name on their buildings because the service is completely different. read more
