They're very respectful, upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable & really know how to do their job successfully. Every time I go in, its a pleasurable experience. Audrey & Don always greet me with a friendly smile, get me right in & make me feel like I am the only customer they have. They definitely go above & beyond every time I'm there. Especially on my last 4 visits. Audrey really went above & beyond to set the bar high on giving awesome customer service! She's definitely a "keeper" and a major asset to Dellen. They don't just concentrate on the issue at hand either. The service mechanics always thoroughly inspect my whole car to better serve me. They warn/inform me of other issues they see arising in the future & do everything in their power to help me save money fixing it. If it's going to take them awhile to fix my car, they'll happily offer to give me a ride to work or wherever I want, then come back & pick me up when my car is done. They even stopped at the gas station so I could run in & grab a fountain drink before they dropped me off at my destination. You can't get any better customer service than that. They definitely strive & thrive to please a customer. I also love the express oil changes, especially the oil change specials they run periodically! On their last special, I bought 5 oil changes for $80. No expiration date & no appointment needed. You just roll in whenever you want. They'll get you in & out in no time flat. Love it! Needless to say, my 2008 Chrysler 300c (that I special ordered from Dellen 10 years ago) still runs like it's brand new! I am so blessed, thankful & grateful for! I can't say enough good things about Dellen, Audrey & their Chrysler service department! They ROCK and will always get my business & recommendation! Thank you... Thank you...     The person who scheduled my appointment entered the wrong date, so I arrived a day earlier than…read moreexpected. I was told they likely would not be able to fit me in, and ultimately they didn't, which left me without transportation for two full days. The scheduler also failed to mention the $198 diagnostic fee ahead of time. The issue with my Jeep was a "lost communication with the AGS" error. Before bringing it in, I researched the problem extensively, including reviewing Jeep's own service guidance. Everything I found indicated this is a fairly common issue most often caused by corrosion or damage in the wiring leading into the shutter assembly. Multiple sources also warned against shops recommending a full assembly replacement unless it was confirmed to be defective. Dellen quoted me approximately $1,600 for a full assembly replacement and, when I asked for clarification and details of the diagnostic, the service representative stated they would only replace the entire assembly. He said the components were not sold separately. After paying the diagnostic fee, I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. They diagnosed the same AGS communication issue, confirmed the wiring showed signs of corrosion, and determined the shutter assembly itself was functioning properly. They completed the repair by addressing the wiring issue for roughly one-third of Dellen's quoted price.

BUYER BEWARE and do yourself a huge favor and do not shop at dellen for ANY VEHICLE

My husband and I had a car that we wanted to sell- we knew it needed some work and weren't sure where to begin. We found Vails through a google search- gave them a call and they were super knowledgeable and informative. A few days later Ron came to our house with a trailer to pick up the car which was extremely hassle free. They diagnosed the problems and fixed it all up to pristine condition. Upon fixing the car they did a market analysis on how much money they thought we could get for it, where we should list it to get the most views etc. We ended up listing it on Bring a trailer and made more money then we had hoped for! Ron and the staff at Vails did an amazing job taking 200+ pictures of the car, answering questions that potential buyers had - they were honestly just amazing every step of the way through this process. I highly recommend Vails to anyone looking to purchase, sell and or fix up their car. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
