Horrible service. Unethical business practice. He was sent to my home by my home warranty company. He was very condescending stating nothing was wrong with a toilet, then the toilet tank overflowed again the following day. He finally came back out and replaced the insides. He told us he ordered parts for the sink he was supposed to repair during the same visit. After a couple weeks of not hearing back from him, I called my home warranty company and they said he submitted a summary saying he completed the job. I have been calling him for over a week now and his office says they are giving him messages to call me. I'm still waiting, he is avoiding me. I will have to get a different plumber to come out and fix my leaking sink. read more

This company is absolutely the WORST! Do not use them. My home warranty company assigned them to come fix or replace my water heater because it was leaking badly. He came out when he said he was. He spent 5 minutes at my home and left and said he'd be contacting the warranty company. He never contacted the warranty company but he collected his $75 fee. This company is pure shade. They are a designated contracted service provider for my home warranty company (AHS)and I required a service call for a leaking hot water heater. They came to my home, surveyed the problem and submitted a repair estimate to AHS who them told me I would have to pay an additional $750 out of pocket for the repair. When I requested that Delmar call me to explain the charges before commencing repair, Delmar never contacted me again and told AHS that all repairs were complete. Amazing since the only time they were on site was the initial inspection. These guys are pure shade, steer far, far away from them! I do not recommend Delmar Plumbing. He was hired to do a job at my home for a clogged drain March 2025. He failed to bring a larger snake and recommended that he install a clean out for $4,900. My brother in law who is a master plumber and my step father told me my basement toilet is a clean out. I fixed my own clogged drain for $87 by renting a 75 foot snake from Lowe's. read more

I was assigned Delmar Plumbing through my home warranty company to fix a broken flange which caused my toilet to leak. Delmar came the day after our claim was assigned to him, he assessed the problem and came back the following week to do the work. He was in and out in no time, walked me through what he did and was professional. I recommend Delmar and will consider him in the future for any plumbing needs we may have. read more

Never do business with this company. They were supposed to show up Saturday from 3-4pm. We planned our whole day around him being there, and it was a no-call no-show. He then claimed it was because they had the wrong number, but earlier that week, we were in communication over the phone, so he definitely had our number. He claimed he had an emergency call. Delmar was assigned through our American Home Shield Warranty. Delmar was not responsive in making a quick appointment or even contacting us for a week. Delmar left a message with AHS that they could not reach us (?) Not sure what that was all about, however we finally set an appointment. A few days later, we got a text from Delmar that said he wasn't going to make it 'today'. I texted back that he had the wrong customer, and corrected him on the date and time of our actual appointment. Well here it is, the day of the appointment. We are waiting... waiting... no communication with Delmar. I texted him to confirm and let him know where to park and he said 'I don't park in parking decks', so I arranged for another space. Then he said, I don't do work in condos. I am not sure why AHS selected Delmar as the business for our need, but I am writing a review to agree with the other reviewers. Upon reading THEIR reviews (thank you!), I too will not allow them in my place. Zero stars. I would have expected better from AHS. p.s - our 'repair' is probably the need for a small washer on a faucet. read more

I actually had to tell the Home Warranty Company that he was not to come back or be allowed to work on my home again. He did not contact me at first for a week, then when i called the Home Warranty company they got him to come out. He came out... to fix a dripping faucet and another item... didn't fix it and the other item told the Home Warranty company he was researching it. That was 2 weeks ago. No word... they called him, and He told them he would get back to them that night... no word. Filed a claim for a plumbing issue through our home warranty company and they assigned Delmar Construction. We put in the claim on a Thursday and finally heard from Delmar on the following Tuesday morning. Scheduled the appointment and made a point to be home before and after the time we agreed upon during the call. No one showed up AND we did not receive any phone calls or texts letting us know he would not make it. After 3 months I get another letter saying that they still haven't received it. At this point it went over to the collections division. This business was originally referred from the warranty company. The warranty company did not cover the repair which was a total waste of money that I never should've got it in the first place. He initially took $100 for trade call fee just peek through and quoted me later for $900 plus for replacement of busted ejector pump. It was a just rip-off because I contacted other local contractor and found out that pump was just clogged with papers and other debris. After removing them, the pump was fully functional, it only cost me $150 for removal and cleaning. Be aware! My insurance company sent this contractor out to check my plumbing, the service fee was $75. After the diagnosis, the plumber stated my issue was covered under the plan and he would contact the insurance company to let me know what my next step was. This is where the problem started, the contractor knew his machine called a hydro jetter was in the shop, in other words, he had no intention on coming back to fix my issue, he only was interested in the service fee. I called him back to explain my dissatisfaction, he promised me that he would contact me as soon as his his machine was fixed. Paid 125.00 for my deductible for my kitchen sink that was leaking. the gentleman said that I had wear and tear on the sink....and that it needed to be replaced in order to fix the leak. Bought a new 300 sink and had it professionally installed. Called the company back to put the sink in and he said it would be another 200 due to the drain being different from the first original sink. Left without putting my pipes back in or drain line .
