Menu as of Nov '23 at Wilshire Courtyard food truck on Wed.

I tried them and they were okay. The salsa and cabbage slaw were excellent. The plantains were not like the Thai fried variety. These were not crispy. Checking box, tried it.

Can vegetables NOT fresh!

I got canned vegetables and small chicken bones on my pupusa. There was a tiny amount of cheese. It's at the farmers market where people go for fresh food, NOT CANNED VEGETABLES. There was no chicken in my pupusa just chicken cartilage and hard bones. There's always something with this place so I have to go somewhere else.

Papusa ($3.50) - Is dense and chewy so looks better than it tastes.

Unfortunately they are no…read morelonger doing $1 tacos but now $1.50 which isn't terrible but comparable to other places now so you're no longer getting a huge taco tuesday deal. If you don't see them by 7/11, they are located on lomita between normandie and marigold. They are very efficient of how things are ran- you order, get a ticket number, get your sauces, then wait for your number to be called. It's pretty clear on where to start and go, unlike some places where there's no indication of where the line starts or who takes your order. They make fresh tortillas, the quality and flavor of the meat is great, and they don't skimp on the portion size. My recent visit, they are no longer taking zelle but still accept apple pay, venmo, and cash. They get pretty busy in their early hours and can run out of ingredients if you go past 9, so pick go accordingly lol

They were parked in front but not set up yet. This was at 6 pm so I waited only to see them drive off. What the hell? I called the number on Yelp and the guy kept telling me they were there even though I told him I was standing in the spot and they were not. I hung up and then I got a text saying they were at 25000 normandie Ave which was the opposite corner a little up the street in front of a church. I drove up and parked around the corner. They had to set up so they got a late start, like a little after 7. There was already a line. Parking was starting to get ridiculous because there was no lot nearby. Once they opened up, they were very efficient and streamlined. I ordered asada tacos and asada burritos with green salsa. Unfortunately, they didn't have cilantro by itself. It was an onion and cilantro mix. No biggie though. To sum it up, the tacos were just ok. If you're local to harbor city, then yeah hit em up. If you live far, I'm sure there's taco stands that are closer to you that are just as good. The green salsa was kinda bland so maybe the red would be better. All in all, social media hypes places up.

Sad! Sad! SAD! I…read morehate writing bad reviews. It makes me sad. What saddens me even more is when I pay top dollar for a sad, pathetic sweet treat! Random Treats truck is sad excuse for a gourmet food truck. I ran into this sad truck at the First Friday food truck event in Venice beach. This truck features exactly what it says it does, random treats. They had gourmet rice krispy treats, sweet potato fires, a deep fried PB&J sandwich, some savory sandwich (grilled cheese I think), a few boxes of Nerds and some beverages. Very odd and random menu indeed. However, their large menu of gourmet rice krispies caught my eye. They had about ten of them on their menu but when I went to order, they only had four flavors available. That pissed me off. How can you show up to such a big event (over 40 food trucks and hundreds of people) and not have your full menu available. They hadn't even been open half an hour so it's not like they were sold out. They were just under stocked. They didn't have any of the flavors I wanted but my wife and I didn't want to leave empty handed. In the end we bought two of their gourmet krispies, one red velvet and one strawberry shortcake. At $5 bucks a piece I was praying that they would be the best rice krispy treats I'd ever eat. Nope. Both krispies were stale. They tasted like they were a few days old. The toppings on the strawberry shortcake weren't bad. The strawberry compote and pieces of strawberry helped hide the fact that the krispy itself was stale and tasteless. The red velvet krispy was horrendous. Stale krispy, sour tasting cream cheese frosting and red velvet cake that tasted like food coloring. AWFUL! The women on the truck were nice but it took almost ten minutes to get our treats....and we were their only customers. What in the world took so long? I know they weren't making these treats to order. SAD. I'm flabbergasted. How this truck is even in business blows my mind.

Eddy's tacos is tucked away on a little side street off PCH in between President & Senator street…read more You'll have to circle around the back way if you miss it off the Main Street (PCH), it's well worth it! We ordered the chicken burrito and omg it was so delicious and full of flavor. They really packed the burrito with all the fixings and the chicken was fresh and juicy. The second thing we ordered weee tacos. I got 1 chicken, 1 asada (steak), and 1 Al pastor (their signature taco). All the tacos were delicious, but the Al Pastor was hands down my favorite - I'd go back just for that meat speciality (might even go back tonight for it). We also ordered the steak (asada) quesadilla. My goodness they don't mess around - they use a really big flour tortilla and pack it with fresh cheese and loads of meat. They don't skimp on the meat. It was so good, I wanted to save it to have seconds the next day. For drinks, we ordered the Horchata which I must say was delicious and homemade. You could tell it wasn't the powdered/artificial horchata. This one was truly made from scratch the way every horchata should be made. Did I mention they make their taco tortillas fresh by hand on-site? Definitely excited we found this hidden gem in the Southbay. They have outdoor seating to the right if you're looking to sit and grab a quick bite. Everything was a 5 start experience including the salsas and sides they had on the side. I almost forgot, they include cebollitas and nopales for free with any order (most places charge or don't even offer it). This was a win in our book. Check them out soon!

I ordered tacos (cabeza, lengua) and they were fantastic. The topping options are great too! Unpopular opinion is that i dont like cilantro and I loved that they had just onion by itself. They also had some pickled onions thats were so refreshing. There was something really spicy not sure if its from the picked veggies but it burned so much!! I teared up. I highly recommend as the food was so good and came out really quick. There is one table you can sit out with a few chairs.
