I went a few weeks ago and was shocked when my total was only $6 for 6 tacos, until I realized it was Tuesday and obviously got more! The tortillas here are handmade along with all their salsas, and the meat is juicy and flavorful with just that right amount of grease making it such a great taco. They're located on the corner of Lomita Blvd. and Normandie Ave. in Harbor City, which is perfect for Southbay Los Angeles folks. Not sure if they'll be there today since it's Christmas Eve, but definitely make sure to save this place for your next Taco Tuesday spot! It's hard to find places that are truly $1, which is why this place was packed. We probably waited around 20ish minutes to get our food but it was worth it. High recommend stopping by!

I want to gatekeep this hidden gem so bad because of how insane the $1 Taco Tuesday special is! I arrived around 6:45pm and waited in line for about 15-20 minutes to order. Zelle, Venmo, and cash payments are accepted! After you order, fill up on the sauces and extra toppings at the adjacent table while waiting. Don't forget to grab some of the cooked onions and grilled jalapeño peppers in front of the grill! There's one table provided with about 8 chairs so expect yourself to be eating in your car or standing up nearby since there's so many other customers. Def wanna try their other items on the menu on another day!

Honestly the best street tacos, I come here at least once a week. The al pastor is my favorite. If you go on Tuesdays, tacos are a buck.

We asked if they had any plant-based or vegan options. They only sold burgers however the lady that helped us was very sweet, polite, and kind. She told what they had and what we could order inside instead. We walked in and the gentleman named Oscar G. cashed us out. He was also very friendly! Very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and non-dairy items. Provided us with what we needed right away, the container for the salsa and brought out fresh ones for me. Very nice guy. The food came out right away. The portions were big in my opinion. The prices were decent, the portion was great, and best of all the service was good. Their self-serve condiments was a PLUS! I've been to a lot of taco spots and these were by far the freshest and crispiest cucumbers, fresh cold salsa, onions and cilantro was also fresh. The food was good and filled us up. It was simple but fulfilling. Will definitely be back and highly recommend it. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seats as well.

I ordered the asada, carnitas, al pastor, tripas, cabeza, and lengua. The asada was tender with a nice grilled flavor, but my favorites were definitely the tripas and cabeza. Both were a little greasy, but in a good way--they had a lot of flavor and were probably the standouts of the meal for me. One thing I liked was the condiment bar. You can load up your tacos with as much onion and cilantro as you want, plus they have radishes and lime wedges available. They also offer two salsas, a red and a green. Both tasted good and had solid flavor, although I was hoping for a little more heat. Overall, it's a solid taco spot, especially on Taco Tuesday. Good variety of meats, reasonable prices, and plenty of toppings to customize your tacos. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area and craving some tacos.

Two asada tacos, beans, rice, and a cucumber lemonade. Tacos were so tasty! Beans and rice were good and the cucumber lemonade was refreshing. For the hubby, got him 2 birria tacos, beans and rice. Excellent! Came back within the same week and ate in the small seating area. There are two tables and chairs and seating area against the wall. Great service at the counter again and delicious eats! Asada nachos were on point. I was a curious about the chicharron tacos and got those. Hubby tried the al pastor taco and an encore of the birria tacos. Everything is delish! This taqueria is located in a strip mall across from Starbucks on Carson Street and among other businesses. So it's shared parking in a busy lot and we managed to get a space. According to the gal at the counter, they have been in business for about a year now. Wishing Taqueria Las 3 Charras long term success!

I asked if they could make them into crispy tacos and they said yes! Excellent service. I was charged around $2 more to "load them up" which I'm assuming was the lettuce, cheese, and tomato and I'm glad I did. Everything was up to standard and the flavors were all there. The proteins were seasoned nicely and the meat/shrimp portions were not skimped whatsoever. I will be returning, I'm excited to try their chilaquiles and everything else in between. Be warned though, my crispy tacos did get a little soggy when I made it home--but that's my fault since the trio originally is not meant to be crispy. I will continue to order them this way regardless!

The photos look so appealing and temping already. Traffic was not bad at all driving from SGV close to noon time on a weekday. Aware of the parking in LA is an issue, we planned ahead and parked in the nearby Smart& Final shopping lot with 3 minutes walking distance. Problem solved easily. They have variety of food items on the menu with reasonable pricing. The chicken on the grillers smelled so good so we decided to try the 2pc chicken plate and Asada burrito. The food was freshly made right in front of you and that is satisfying and the same time challenging your patience because they look too delicious!!!! There is a small outdoor dinning table on the table but it was full so we went back to our car to enjoy the feast. OMG....We probably repeated that word numerus times when we were eating the food. Every bite on the chicken tasting like heaven, nicely grilled chicken skin on the outside, chicken itself is moist, flavorful, tender and not dry. Their salsa and spicy avocado sauce are a must-try to the chicken. My girl friend told me this is the BEST Asada burrito she's ever had, rich in flavors/texture, the rice is perfectly cooked, the tortilla is double grilled before serving. Everything about the burrito is on point. Can't find anything negative about it. Street food always talks to me but THIS one makes me fall in love with. Highly recommended people in LA or not!!

We were feeling kind of hungry, so we just decided to pop in! Parking was a bit of a mission, but we decided to chance it, and parked in the plaza they are situated in front of. We figure we could watch the car should anything happen. But if you're lucky, meters and street parking are available in the neighborhood! They had a variety of delicious options on their menu, and the tacos looked really good. But I wanted to eat healthier, so we went for the 2 piece chicken plate. It was fun to watch the Chef cooking up the deliciously marinated chicken. I could smell the spices and feel myself salivating at the thought of eating such juicy pieces of chicken! I also liked the fact that even though it's street food, they had a small little seating area for guests. The chicken was really yummy, I recommend the dark meat for sure! Try their salsas for some added flavor. Since the plate comes with tortillas, you can even make little mini tacos if you're up to it! Cute little stand, lovely people and amazing food! Will try their tacos next time!

This review is about Tacos El Goloso, located at 1605 Pacific Coast Hwy, Harbor City, CA…read more My daughter is an EMT. While on duty, she stopped at this location and placed an order. Before her food was ready, she received an emergency call and had to leave immediately. That's the reality of being a first responder--when a call comes in, you leave immediately, no time to wait for your meal. Before leaving, she politely asked the cashier to cancel the order and refund her card. Instead of showing understanding or offering assistance, the cashier was dismissive and unhelpful. After completing the call, my daughter contacted the restaurant, apologized for the inconvenience, and again requested a refund. She was initially told that the receipt had been thrown away. Later, the receipt was apparently found, but she was then informed that if she wanted a refund--or even the food she had paid for--she would have to return to the location in person. The problem is that she lives more than an hour away and was only in the area because she was working. I called the following day in an attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was met with the same attitude. The employee refused to provide her name, refused to provide a manager's name, and refused to provide any contact information for someone who could address the complaint. To be clear, this is not about the cost of a meal. Had the employee been courteous, professional, or even remotely helpful, we likely would have let the matter go. Emergencies happen. Schedules change. We understand that. What prompted this review was not the lost food or the refund itself--it was the employee's rude attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete unwillingness to help resolve a simple customer service issue. I will also acknowledge that by the end of my phone call, I became frustrated and was not as polite as I should have been. I regret that. However, that frustration came only after repeated attempts to handle the situation respectfully and being met with rudeness and resistance at every turn. A business can recover from a mistake. What it cannot afford is employees who treat customers with contempt and then refuse to provide any way to contact management when a legitimate concern is raised. Management should be aware that this employee's behavior reflects poorly on the entire business. If this is how customers are treated when they encounter an unexpected emergency, then potential customers deserve to know before choosing to spend their money here.
