Several issues with this dealership, most recent being they sold me an additional maintenance package that claimed it also included my tires. Today I tried to get my tire fixed to find out I do not have that package. They flat out lied to me. I'll never return for service or to purchase a vehicle. Let's start with the Honda Civic EX 2021-White-11k miles that has no business being a certified car with many electric issues, terrible paint, and technology issues; this should be illegal and sounds like a scam. #2, the Honda Civic 2021 Hatchback EX in Solar Grey has smoke residue and has front windshield and back windshield, aftermarket glass, with smoke, like it sounds like the car blew up and they slammed a price tag and gave it to me with an active recall. They also said they can't certify it because there's a recall. That's BS. The white civic same year was certified and was not affected after they said it's all 2021. I am specifically writing this review about Pierre in the service department. He left no stone unturned. Just when you thought he was done he was there working on something else. I came in just for a headlight and he not just helped me with that but blew the leaves off my engine, put air in all 4 tires , cleaned my floor , filled my windshield wiper fluid, wiped off my wipers and reset my tire light. We went back and forth via phone and email. I decided to finance with my bank and he sent the required documents in a timely manner to close the deal. I drove almost SIX HOURS to pick up the car! But, it was worth it. When I arrived at the dealership, Aaron was waiting for me and we went on a quick test drive. This is a dishonest dealership. I really think it's a complete scam. I bought a civic and then Aaron the salesman's took me two doors down to Leandro the insurance thief! He quotes me a $1948 rice for travelers insurance and forced me to sign up and pay $1948 for six months of auto insurance! As soon as I left the dealership I called State Farm Insurance- $700 for six months. I signed up on April 1,2021 for State Farm. Meanwhile trying to cancel with Travelers insurance , attempting to get in touch with Leandro Guzman the insurance thief at Delray Honda took me until April 3,2021. It was awful and so stressful. It is April 13,2021 and Leandro Guzman had not refunded my cancelled insurance of $1948 He said at most it would take 5-7 business days. I have brought my car for service on August, and when I arrived I have mentioned that all the lights on the dashboard were on and I was advised that it was done on purpose to bring the car in for service to change a part that was not working properly. I did my oil change and tire rotation but as soon as I start driving home the lights were back on. The very next day the oil life light was on indicating that oil was at less than 15%. i could not understand why but I waited to see if I was going to disappear but it never did. I finally bring my car back for service again and when I come to the dealer for service not married to anyone, just paying for a service. But when I approached Mrs. Kathleen Willis instead of willing to help and make me welcome, she just said last person that helped you was "Jorge" to wait for him. I was already waiting on him but Mr. J. Badia had another customer there that was already complaining that he made an appointment and it was already 4 hours and he was still working on his car and was not sure how long before he finish. I saw another guest service employee ( Rachel ) I explained what I needed, what happened and was very helpful and made and effort to mede me feel welcome and apologized for the inconvenience. When I asked why, as every other Services department offers this, their excuse was that 'since covid, they just don't offer it anymore'. Our salesman was Devon Miuccio. The price I was quoted on line, was the same price when we went into the showroom. No switching because of some absurd technicality. We had a trade in and we did some respectful negotiations and ended up with the best deal around. Even after we signed the papers and took the car home, Devon has continued to be patient and helpful. I had a few questions about hooking up Android Auto and Honda Link. He found time in his day to have me stop by and helped. He didn't have anything to gain, since the deal is done. This was the first car we bought without going through the long phony "let me talk to my manager" while you sit for 15mins while they discuss what they had for dinner! I was told I could be connected to a manager who could help me. Again, choose a different dealer. After reading many positive reviews posted here, we decided to take our 2006 Pilot in for repairs. We paid over $1300. Long story short, DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. There was damage to our vehicle that wasn't there when we dropped it off and that they refuse to repair. But they "know someone" who does repairs on that type of damage. It's our word against their word, and there is not a thing we can do about it. Find someone else to fix your vehicle. read more

My daughter had her non-starting Accord towed to Delray Honda for a diagnostic checkup. She had experienced intermittent non-start issues since early September so we were anxious to find out what the dealership's well-trained mechanics would have to say about the problem. When I spoke to the service advisor he explained it needed a new starter. Almost $1000 for the new part and labor. That was interesting since she had had a new starter installed by a different repair shop in September of 2021 - a year earlier. We told the advisor to do nothing and my daughter then drove it (as I said, the problem is intermittent) to the shop that did the replacement last year, hoping they would give us a break. They (Meineke in Boynton Beach) agreed to replace the defective starter for $360 total. Instead, the bill was $0, since the only thing wrong was a loose wire at the starter. Not $360, which we had already agreed to, and they could have charged us if they were as unethical as Delray Honda - remember, they wanted almost a thousand bucks to replace the starter - but a freebie. Moral of the story? I will NEVER patronize Delray Honda for anything, ever again. Beware of crooked service departments! read more

I had gone into Delray Honda to buy my very first car. Everything started out great and I had so much help from the Sales person Donovan who was so helpful. However, the Sales Manager Jim Nolechek was a complete jerk and liar. I had explicitly told him that I was still browsing for a car and was not ready to purchase just yet. I told him I was not going to sign any paper work that he kept trying to force me into signing and I told him I refuse to allow them to run my credit for the sole fact that I was not ready to make a decision just yet as that was only the second dealership I had visited. Yet Jim still went ahead and ran my credit without my knowledge consent or even a signature from me. After I was made aware he ran my credit without my consent he then went into lying to me and stating that it was an "honest mistake" and that he thought I gave him permission. He then continued trying to cover s me into putting more money towards a down payment to make up for his "honest mistake" so that he could get me the kind of monthly payments I'm looking for since I'm young and a first time car buyer. read more
