I had to come here to get a battery as they are a dealer for AAA and My battery needed to get changed. I had a battery from AAA and they said it is covered for 3 years . I called to have someone check and replace it while at home since the tow trucks take a long time to come to you and I didn't want to get stuck somewhere and have to wait for them . However, when he came he sprayed something on it to clean it and confirmed it wasn't good but now the terminals are rusted. He said he couldn't change it because I didn't have a receipt. I purchased the car from a friend but they didn't have the receipt. I had to call AAA again to advise what occurred. The representative said I would need to go to a AAA authorized dealer. I was given one near me which was this one. I phoned the place early and asked if they had batteries for my car. They said yes but had to wait for a delivery and would be an hour.i decided to wait at home and then go 2 hours later. I waited for a bit and inquired why taking so long for a battery . He had someone look at my car and I waited then the mechanic told me they didn't have a battery and needed to wait for one half hour. That was the reason I called ahead of time to confirm. I finally got the battery and only paid the waste fee but all of this of course could r been from home or earlier at this authorized dealer since it was already noted in the system and by my self. The place had a cute phone charger as a battery and it course the name went along as a theme with decor which was cute. They are not open in the weekends per the sign. I stopped in because I had a nail in my tire ( my first time here). The gentleman helping said it would be about a 20 minute wait. It was actually about a 5 minute wait. This young man came, plugged the hole in my tire, checked all the other tires, and recalibrated my car. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! YES Sheila also told me my TIRES were not good and need to be replaced!! They own the adjacent Tire shop!! Buyer beware!! If I could give them guys zero stars I would, but unfortunately I can't! BELOW IS MY STORY: I had two issues that needed repair on my car, my window that was stuck and could not move up or down and my hood which could not open. Prior to bringing my car to All American Lube Boca, I had been to another mechanic referred to me by a friend. After they had inspected my car, I was given a quote and a breakdown of repair work and parts including total work time. A few days later in order to get a second opinion, I went to see All American Lube Boca. They too sent me a proposal after inspecting my car. I decided to accept their proposal as they are near to my home. Proximity is very important as I am a single woman with only. The transaction was done with a gentleman named Ricardo who had prepared my initial quote. Rinaldo said he would call the dealer that afternoon to get the parts needed to repair the car. I sent a follow up text on April 10th to which I received no response. I then called on Friday, April 12th. At that time I spoke with an employee who stated that the parts were in and the car should be ready in a day or two. I reached out to Ricardo for confirmation as he was my initial contact. I received no response either to my texts or phone calls. On Tuesday, April 16th after having received no response from Ricardo, I asked a friend to drive me over to All American Lube Boca in order for me to find out the status of car repairs. At that time I met with Ricardo who stated that my car was taken apart, but would be done and ready for pickup the next day. My friend even double checked with him that it would indeed be ready the next day and he said, "Yes." My car was not ready the next day. It was not until the end of the day on Friday April 19th that I was able to pick it up. My cousin drove me to pick up the car. At that time I checked the hood which was fixed. The window went up and down. However there were new issues that were not present prior to my bringing my car to All American Lube Boca. What I could see visually was the airbag light was on and the gas tank was below a quarter of a tank (it was a full tank when I brought it in). When I questioned the manager, Sheila, she stated that my car did not start and needed to be jumped. I responded with concern as my car had not had problems starting prior I drove my car out of the All American Auto Repair and I heard a whistling sound coming from the window that was supposedly just repaired. I drove home and further inspected my window and saw a gap between the top of the window and the roof of the car. The tint of the window was scraped (see photos). The driver's side seat is missing a piece. I had been told that they needed to take out the seat to repair the hood. Apparently they did not replace the part. I was referred to call them by another shop nearby that said that this is a good shop. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and not only was the kid on the phone extremely rude, but he doesn't even ask any questions about phone number what the car is nothing. Telling me he's too busy but not giving alternatives. Absolute horrible communication. This kid should not be working for the owner of this business. I would advise the owner find out who took the phone call and fire that guy today. He just lost a lot of business from me, and my people, I will never call all American again. As a long time AAA member, it's great to know that there's an affiliated shop close to where I live. This time was a battery replacement. AAA batteries have a great warranty which is a must in South Florida. Expect 50% of the normal life expectancy in this climate. I saved $25 as a AAA member. I knew the exact price by using the estimate calculator on the AAA site. There is also a 10% discount on repairs as a AAA member. I saw that they were an AAA approved site and had a good rating so I took my car in to have the AC fixed. They said the system needed replacing and $1400. The car was 8 years old and needed a new system. Family has 2 Hondas both older than this Sonata but I agreed anyway. Result is the AC works fine, BUT, immediately I saw my back up monitor was our and my radio/media system was dead. Mechanic pulled fuse, reinserted and the system worked until next day. I went back. Mechanic said he could not have caused damage because the two systems are not related. I said they both use electricity. He then said that the radio had a after market speaker and that was the problem so they were not responsible for after market damage. I said it work fine for 8 years and suddenly after a shop trip, it wasn't. I then disconnected all after market parts and still not working. It worked if you pulled the fuse and reinserted it but turn car off then on again and nothing. I tried to argue that the media system worked fine for 8 years and then suddenly NOT working, upon exiting their shop. This had no effect on them. I felt that the bold sign in the office stating 5-star customer satisfaction was just a lie. The AAA rating seemed to be a bit weak here as well. Two days later I tried to open the hood and found that the hood release no longer worked. Again, the hood release worked just fine going into the shop but didn't after coming out of the shop. So now I've spent over $350 replacing both hood cables (parts and labor), which I am fully convinced that was broken in this shop. With regards to the media center, I called the Dealer and they said to replace my radio system would cost over $2000. So, from my point of view, I took my car into All American Car Repair, paid them $1400 to replace my AC and now am facing and additional $2300 to repair the damage they did to my car. Doesn't seem fair right. Needless to say, I will be looking for a used radio system, but still. So sorry I ever went to this repair facility. I gave two stars because the new AC system works fine. I defaulted them heavily because they refused to take any responsibility for the additional damage they caused to my car. read more

My family and I were on Vacation in FL and the fuel pump on my pickup failed as we were heading home. We were on the FL turnpike just a few mile from All American Auto Repair. I contacted them at just after 8 am. They recommended a tow service (55 tow) which was great. When I got to the station they checked out my vehicle immediately. Within minutes I got a quote for $919 and change, see attached. I asked if we could eliminate a few items to lower the cost. I was told no in the politest way possible and was given a $25 off coupon. I was in a bind like everyone is when there vehicle is broke down and I had another 400 miles to get home so I agreed to the get the work done at $894. Breaking down the quote. Fuel pump module $314.71. These modules are available on RockAuto ranging from $30 to $150. Fuel filter $15.95 Available on RockAuto $2 to $20+ Labor for Fuel pump replacement $341 Approx 3 hrs labor - very fair Labor to replace fuel filter $66 Approx .5 hrs labor - ok Fuel system cleaning Wynns $99.99 This is running a solvent through the fuel rails and injectors. Arguably not necessary for a fuel pump replacement. The work was completed by 4pm and my family made it home by 4am. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the filter and cleaning could have been eliminated. I understand the need for a business to make a profit but $900 to replace a less than $100 pump and $314 labor All American Auto Repair got me out of a bind the Sat of Easter weekend but I paid for it. read more

Soooo... i previously i went to this extortion service station for 1 bad break in rear... they completed the job several hours after they stated they would, but even worst they called me when they 1st started the job, and they finished it only 1.5 hours later... then they charged me 4.5 hours of labor... i was beyond pissed, but they knew i was stuck because i accidentally told them i needed it for work and it was a weekend, so they took advantage that i was desperate. For rear break on a 15 yr old car these criminals charged me over 800 bucks. I tried to reason with them, but their RATE FOR LABOR is on Par with a BMW dealership... I decided to go to these guys, maybe they could redeem themselves, i mean hell, its a flat - how bad could it be... ? I called and they advised me to pull in the back. Used their service before with no issues. Made appointment to have my work truck AC repaired and had a 10 am. appointment. Had to call at 4pm and told they weren't finished although they had six hours. They said they were working on car, but wouldn't be done till next day. I had rescheduled all my work to next day as I needed truck for my next day appointments. I told them I needed the truck and couldn't leave it. I went to pick up my truck 15 minutes later and it hadn't been moved all day. I have been to All American Auto many times, I have sent my son and brother there. But am not going back and neither will they. Unfortunately over $28. and being stranded on I95 for two hours. They supposedly fixed the under splash shield. I drive the car 3 times and it fell again on I95!! I called them they put me on hold and never pick up again. Called a friend that looked and said they didn't put any screws in it. I talked to the manager today when I got back from my trip, only to be told the car is known for the shield falling and they clipped it back up (you would think they would have told me that and put some screws in it). 1st of all let me just tell you that you're gonna get ripped off they're gonna take advantage of you and it's an ugly place. Unfortunately I was stuck and had to get my car repaired there since it was told there. Within the 1st week I called to ask if anything had been done and they had not even started yet and I asked them why didn't you even tell me and they said well we didn't think about it. Then when I got my car fixed they broke the console 1/2 and threw everything that was in my console all over my car. These were important documents and now I can't take them to the taxman because they're all destroyed. On top of that they overcharge you it's supposed to be a good year tire place and they couldn't even fix my tire. I had to get a screw removed from a Michelin Pilot4s and came here because they were able to look at it right away & told me no appointment was needed for that type of repair. ( Tire Kingdom directly across the street told me I'd have to wait about 45 min before they could look at it.) The mechanic at All American, Saleh, (sorry if the spelling is incorrect,) came out to my vehicle right away, removed the screw in front of me and reassured me that it wasn't long enough to need a plug or patch. He filled all of my tires with air as a courtesy & upon asking where to pay He told me there was no charge. Exceptional customer service experience , appreciated! For more than 5 years we have been having our vans serviced here. The last service for them was only a month ago. We decided to check the oil in all of the vans and realized the dipstick tube was broken and the only thing holding it on was the dipstick itself. Now all American has done all our oil changes for years on these vans and as late as last month. We brought the van back and told them the dipstick tube was broken and we even offered to go to the dealer and buy the tube if they would install it.... they obviously don't value our 5 vehicles every few months.. they declined... sad that the manager/ owner made this stupid decision.... guess he needs some business 101 classes... read more

This shop is awful. They gave me a written estimate of $409 for an oxygen sensor for a Mitsubishi Galant. The repair was supposed to be done same day. They never contacted me that day. Before end of day, I called and was told that they did not get the part yet, and the car will be ready next day by noon. Next day, they never contacted me. When I called, they told me, that they are working on it. Then, all of a sudden, I received a new text message with a new estimate. This estimate was for $2,088, and called for a new manifold/catalytic converter. When called, they said that the car is rusted and they could not disconnect the oxygen sensors. I did not agree to the estimate, and took the car to another repair shop. The new repair shop found that one oxygen sensor was disconnected, and the other was broken in the manifold. Thus, All American returned the car to me with a broken sensor in the manifold and a disconnected sensor. They never told me. When I called afterwards, they admitted that they broke the manifold. This shows dishonesty and professional incompetence. They never should have undertaken a job, without the owners knowledge and approval of the danger. Furthermore, after the sensor broke off, they should have informed of that fact. read more

After many times of using all American lube I had to up my review for them. They are always kind, honest, and provide great service. Being a single woman I am always stressed auto guys are gonna try to upsell me something but it's never happened. Went there because I mistakenly read engine light as oil light. They checked the car out with computer (14,700 miles) and figured out it was nothing. An error. They told me, "you don't need to spend a dime". Honest people! Used them from 1993-2000 then moved. They were honest then- are honest now! read more
