Unlike all the horrible experiences we've had with our dealers, nothing but wonderful experiences with Eric's Wrench for all these years. I'd like to describe two events, one at our beginning and one very recent. About 15 years ago a young woman was almost in tears, her car had 6 things wrong for about $600 from her Toyota dealer. I sent her to Eric, 4 were perfectly fine, one didn't even exist and he fixed the "6th" for $45. For the next 15 years every thing has been great. Make an appointment and they starts on that time and almost always finish the time they estimated. We've never had to go back for anything that wasn't done right. My last visit was just routine, but after all these years, I asked if they could adjust my dashboard so I can see a compass and see the air pressure in all 4 tires. I took it out, saw the compass but not the tire pressure. One of the mechanics actually took me out in my car, explained that it is not possible to see both at the same time, but they set it up so that all I had to do was hit 1 button to get to the pressure and hit it back for my compass. So I went to AutoZone and they checked my battery and at first he said it was my battery and then he said my battery was fine and he thinks it was my starter. I called up three places and they all wanted over $900 for a starter. I called Best auto and the guy gave me a great price. He wanted $650, so my friend followed me there to drop my car off that afternoon ... a half hour later Yakir called me up and said I don't think it's your starter, I think it's just your battery... So he put in a new battery... Told me to pick my car up in 20 minutes... And said if it doesn't start tomorrow, it's your starter, but I really don't think it is... I think it was just the battery. He helped me out with getting a great towing service because my cars radiator and hoses died so the car was undriveable. He quoted me a price about 2-2.5x's cheaper than the dealership I was going to get work from. I also used that dealership about a week prior when they did diagnostics on it (before the radiator blew) because my car was shaking. So the dealership charged me an arm an a leg and the car still shook, then they tried to have me come back to fix other "potential" issues. Thanks to Raymond and his team, they did their own diagnostics and found that the wheels weren't balanced which the dealership said they had done. Raymond also documented the issue so I can bring it to the dealership as proof and reimbursement. From the point of view of honesty, I told Raymond all the issues the dealership said I had with the car and MFK Auto could have charged me a ton or made up things that weren't an issue. Instead they told me what was going on as well as the wheels weren't balanced, they corrected the issue at a minor cost without coming up with other issues that I never had. They will be the repair shop I will go to in the future when needed and will recommend them 100%. Thank you for your fair prices, great work and as important your honesty.

Two weeks later when traveled further north for a month the AC was not blowing cold again so took to another shop for which they did a recharge with dye to look for leaks yet could find none and paid them $100.
